The Waite staff was very good. They were timely and very nice. Food was very good. My only issue was that we seated by the front door and there were times that people who were waiting to be seated got noisy. But overall good exercise.

First & last time coming here , the 2 girls that were hosts were amazing !! I came here with my husband and daughter , it seemed like there was a long waiting list but it was perfectly fine for us because we weren’t in a rush , unfortunately there was a lot of dirty tables , trash on floor and slow service ! Gave us some free honey butter croissants because the wait , we actually got there @4:11 pm we had a table @4:57 got our food @5:39pm we left @5:58pm it was actually ridiculous! The food was disgusting we all got chicken Alfredo pasta , the pasta barely even had sauce it was SUPER DRY ! I had to scoops and immediately asked for some to go boxes , no wonder a lot of people were leaving with the to go boxes on their hands it wasn’t even 2 more like 3-5 . Thank you to the amazing hosts that were upfront !

This was my first time at cheddars. I can see how lines form outside. The food portions are BIG! And the prices are small. You definitely get more bang for your buck. Most definitely a 4 star restaurant, I say that in a good way. Servers were great.Oh and the check out kiosk is in a tablet form on your table with games for kids.

Worst experience, our waitress Elexis P didn’t check on us, had us waiting for a refill for 20 minutes. Honestly I was at the point where I wanted to just leave and it took us long to even get our bill. Our food was cold but we know we couldn’t even say anything cause it would just hold us up even longer in there. Wouldn’t come here again.

Same decor it's been for the past 15 years but the service is worse and the menu is smaller. We waited a long time to be seated a long time to order and it took forever to get our check. We arrived at about 3:19 and didnt get to leave until about an hour later

We went here to enjoy a nice dinner. First, it was very cold in the bar area so we sat at a table, we noticed the area dirty as well as the female rest room. The food was not hot as it should have been a d the bake potato was small and not hot enough to melt the butter. We also noticed they were sitting customers at dirty tables as several employees standing around doing nothing. The actions of these employees were the result of piss poor management.
The food was perfect and so were the drinks.The waitress provided excellent service, the only issue was how noticeably dirty the restaurant was. The floor was so dirty, food all over the floor, and underneath my feet. The seats were greasy, table and menus were sticky and the blinds behind us were so dirty, the self pay machine on the table was covered in fingerprints.
Me , my son and daughter went to this location thinking would be as good as the other location, we were very wrong. As soon as we walked in we noticed that the floors were very dirty all over. And someone was sweeping after we wer seated, but only the main areas not under the tables and when the table & seats were wiped down they left the seats wet we had to dry them before we were able to sit down. The waitress was nice and fairly attentive. The food was mediocre. Not terribly bad or good. And it was my daughters birthday so we were a bit disappointed, didn't even want to take a chance in the Restroom if the floors were dirty, imagine the bathrooms probably needed cleaning . Probably won't be back to this location. Thank youVegetarian options: They are limited on the vegetarian food options.Parking: Parking for the handicap is off , should be closer to the front door or have ta side door for those who park in handicap, instead of 6Having to walk all the way around.

Absolutely terrible. Dirty floors! Dirty tables too much soap residue makes table sticky. Staff just standing around while customers are not being taken care of! Glass of water that they brought me had something floating around inside the water. My wife said water tasted like Texas summer lake water smells. Decided to leave as my appetizer was arriving. Had a bad experience at this Arlington location 10 years ago. I have been resident of Southwest Arlington for most of my adult life over 35 years. Too bad this place can't get it together. Anyhow do yourself a favor and head over to the Burleson Texas location it is ran like a Restaurant.
