My husband and I got the Too Good to Go meal bags, which contained jollof rice today. I was able to talk to the chef, who is super nice and friendly, for a bit. My husband and I both absolutely loved the food! It's so flavorful and has kind of a smokey undertone and spice that slowly builds. We will absolutely go back and actually eat inside the restaurant to try more things!
One note: it was pretty chilly in there, so bring a jacket.
Just visited for the first time and got the chicken jollof combo. Food was absolutely fantastic!
Food was excellent! It was our first time having Nigerian food so the owner was gracious and provided detailed descriptions and recommendations. We had egusi and shawarma as our entrees.
The food is the best part, simply delicious.
one of the best fufu i’ve had in Texas. My boyfriend had the jollif rice which was very yummy. I enjoyed it here and planning to come back soon.
Great service, I really enjoyed it. I ordered fufu and egusi, with banana slices, had us licking our fingers
The food was delicious. And the service was friendly, and considerate. Yum 😋
So so goo
I come in from out of town just to get my hands on some egusi soup and it is amazing. 👏🏽 I love it💖💖
I had heard that THIS was the place to go if you wanted awesome African food & it truly lived up to the hype. The food was the BEST African cuisine I've ever tasted. Authentic & flavorful. The service was wonderful & I really enjoyed talking with them. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in the Dallas area.

The food was very good. Had various meals including SUYA, puff puff, egusi and fufu and goat Peppersoup. Fresh Food. Hand licking 👅 good.
Food was very tasteful and flavorful. Unfortunately they didn’t have a few things that I wanted to order but it was late in the evening on a Saturday. I’d definitively go back when I’m back in the area.
The food was amazing… I would definitely recommend 💜

I have eaten ChefTemi’s food for quite some years now, and it’s always an excellent food experience. If you are looking for original jollof rice, the Nigerian style, go no further because you will be delighted to find the best taste of it at ChefTemi.
The warm welcome , the friendly environment, and the customer service is 100 percent.
When you are there, relax eat and enjoy!!
