Chicago Deep Dish Pizza

My Husband & I stopped by for the first time. Elder man, working alone, rang us up then went in the back to fix our food. Husband noticed Worker wasn’t wearing gloves and was touching multiple items and surfaces.
A customer came in for pick up, elder man touched his screen again, went to the back to grab customer’s pizza, then back to kitchen again. Husband realized, he didn’t hear any water running or see the Worker sanitize in any way, yet went right back to preparing our food after touching multiple items and surfaces again. Husband got Worker’s attention to cancel our order. Worker got offended, upset, then rude. Asked my Husband, “Why you watching me?! Keep your eyes on yourself”. Husband asked, “How come you’re mad at me for letting you know that’s unsanitary and it’s how people get sick.” He shushed my Husband, then said “Don’t come back, I never want to see you again!” No apology or accountability. My husband said, “We’ll leave a google review” the guy shushed my Husband again and made more belligerent and sarcastic comments. My Husband said, “We’ll call the Board of Health then.”
He gave us a “Voided” receipt and we left.

The man took our order, touched the screen. Went to the back. He didn’t wash nor sanitize his hands. Started making pizza with his bare hands. Came back to help a customer and continued to make food after still not washing or sanitizing his hands. I asked for a refund he asked me why am I watching him to watch myself?. Also went to tell me he don’t want to ever see me again.

I really liked the pizza and the owner was very nice. It’s more of a pick and go place but they have a few places to sit and eat if you like. I would definitely eat there again

Decor is cool inside. The 3 Way Calzone and Chicago Bulls deep dish pizza are good.

I always wanted to try Chicago Deep Dish I didn’t they had one in my area, so I went to give it a try. Really great food and very clean place.

I always see this place while passing by to work decided to try and it turned out delicious and great. Amazing guy Amazing Pizza.

I always see the spot and I wanted to try it out, they have great deep dish and thin crust which they cut in squares like Chicago !!

Was NOT Chicago pizza whatsoever. Ordered a pizza and Italian beef. The pizza was not good at all. Ended up throwing it away. It was more dough than anything else. Italian beef was edible, but bread was really tough and chewy. I would not recommend this place, especially if you're looking for authentic Chicago pizza.

The pizza was burnt and the owner was very rude and this is not a deep dish pizza at all! I WILL NEVER COME BACK AGAIN!

Food was burnt! Called mgr to let him know and he said there was nothing he could do. Bad attitude, horrible customer service. STAY AWAY

As a native Chicagoian I found this pizza appalling and inedible. The so-called “real”bacon is anything but that. Should be called real cardboard. The service was the biggest issue. I waited over an hour for my order and it wasn’t even correct when I got it. And while I was waiting, there wasn’t even a public restroom for me to use.
