This is the very worst location for drive thru. They have two lanes for mobile orders while only having one lane for drive thur orders, that feeds into drive thur which is not first come service.Not only is this location a very failed redesign, but it's a very unsafe drive-thru for employees.They are just as confused as the customers waiting in drive thur!! To deliver waiting guest!!!I don't know how the employees can serve people in line versus how people pull up to receive orders. It's an absolute mess, and I now understand why 98.9% of employees are underage wage staff who seem lost. Hell I'm lost trying to go through drive-thru!!

This store in the past 3-4 months has gone downhill dramatically with quality control and your previous star fast service. I have waited for food multiple times now for more that 15-20 minutes and had orders incorrect several times. Disappointed in this new way of things. You used to be Super service and well known for such. I’m sad that it’s not that way anymore.

Never ever have I been so disappointed. We made a mistake and went through the mobile line find you it is 730. There was no one behind us. I did not realize that that’s the line that we were in the young lady outside was laying her head down on her phone and I said to her excuse me, I think I’m in the wrong line. Do I just have to check in or how how do I have to go about it? She then stated oh you’re in the mobile line you have to check in and order and pay for it through the app. I’ve been stating oh I’m in the wrong line. She proceeds to tell me I came back up and come in to her line so we proceeded to do that and then a car was coming so then I said because the car is coming is it possible you can just take my order please she said well you’re gonna have to drive all the way up through the line and come back all the way around so we get to the front I asked to speak with a supervisor her name was Chelsea. I believe I explained the situation to her and she says well this is our company policy and if we do it for one, we have to do it for another. I’ve then proceeded to say to her. I’m just so disappointed because I came all the way on this side of town to place a big order and she said so you would have to actually just go back through the line granted the understand that there are policies and procedures it was a pure accident. I have never been met with this type of customer service, especially at a Chick-fil-A with the amount of money I spend with Chick-fil-A with delivery and going to the location. It was really an honest mistake that could have been quickly fixed I could see I was making a big deal, and there was a lot of cars behind us. I would understand just a big disappointment. Another manager in proceeding to see what the holdup was I was waiting for a car to move so we can get out. I asked him what was the operators name of this location he gave me the operator’s name and turned around to finish talking to One of his coworkers Not even trying to find out what the issue was or why I asked who is the operator of this location? I came to this Chick-fil-A and I was going to place a order for 10 people . I would never come back to this Chick-fil-A. All it takes is a simple amount of kindness can go a long way

This is one of the fanciest locations I've seen in Texas and the Southeast. There are two distinct outdoor seating areas, a large dining room, a host stand, and separate counters/queues for dine-in and takeout. I've been here twice. My friends and I were wowed by the amenities and design decisions. The food and drinks were to Chick-fil-A standards too. I'd consider this location a tourist attraction given its proximity to the Six Flags parks and major sports venues.

Angelic Arby’s Turkey

I went in yesterday and there was a bunch of people like a big of kids I assume for a school so it was really hectic but my server Judy still very helpful with everything I requested and made sure everyone was taken care of. I appreciated the service and will be coming to this location more often hopefully on days that aren’t so packed

My visit was in 2023! I went to Texas to fast, visit my friend, and go to the Potter’s House! After my fast, I got some CF. It was in walking distance from my hotel! A+ like all of the CFs in Ga! They have a consistent paradigm and I love it! I’m taking lessons from the way CFs run as businesses. I had such a beautiful time in Texas.

Fixing my review since the management at Chick-fil-A fixed my issue, shoutout to Karmyn for being such a great support, I managed to get a ride up to the Chick-fil-A where she made my proper order fresh to make up for the inconvenience, she saved the whole ordeal which saved the experience thank you again 🙏🏻🙏🏻

me and my family have loved this location for over 15 years. However ever since the new reopening all of th workers are incompetent. they cant do there job, i ordered a salad no tomato and all it come with was chicken and lettuce. once it took it back to get fixed the employee i handed it too had to call over a another employee who then had to lead the first one to another employee because “Go over there i dont know what to do” I am VERY disappointed.
