How does the dude with the glasses get nine cars ahead of the guy with hair at 3:00 on Tuesday afternoon? The Chick-fil-A method only works if everybody has the same since of urgency.

Today was the last time I ever go to a Chick-fil-A anywhere. This Chick-fil-A is nothing short of a disaster. There’s no management of any kind. Employees do whatever they want. You know what they do. They spend probably 80% of their workday on their telephones. Everybody knows it every day I hear like once or twice a day weekly and every single order I place they screw it up. Today I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and an ice water and I try to give them to give me a free cookie because I’m diabetic and my blood sugar was dropping low and I felt bad They couldn’t care less. I got up there and they said what did you order I said a spicy chicken sandwich and a nice water the ticket said it and then they said well they were gonna make you just no bun just chicken pieces. I said no I want a sandwich. I just can’t deal with them anymore. Don’t go there go to another Chick-fil-A I promise you you’ll be

I ordered 80$ worth of food for my family and got some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. First off the salad dressing and cherry tomatoes tasted rotten in my pregnant girlfriend’s food. Then my daughter had some bad tomatoes in her chicken sandwich.So we had ordered through DoorDash and his answer was talk to DoorDash there’s nothing we can do. I’m sorry about it. Literally the worst answer I’ve ever had when I thought all chick fila was top quality.

I got a doordash delivery from here with rotten food and calling up there to inform them about it made no difference. I got the corporate verbage runaround and the staff refused to check their produce or let me inform the chef. The Avocado Lime Ranch salad dressing was rotten along with all of the tomatoes from our order. The bad batch might not be Chick Fil As fault but the shitty customer service at this location is and the refusal to take it seriously is not what Chick Fil A prides themselves on. I'm 26 weeks pregnant and if I get sick they can prepare for a lawsuit. I'm absolutely appalled no one at this location took rotten food seriously.

the girl with long red hair is so rude, she always has such a stank look on her face and when i tried to get a refill she told me with me a tone that i have to buy a new drink everyday and i can’t use the cup i had prior. girl i work in the mall and have lunch at your location everyday, you that hard up that i can’t reuse the same perfectly fine cup to get a refill that doesn’t make or break your day? 😹
