Over and over our drive through order is wrong. Tonight we had to ask three times for unsweetened tea and it was still wrong. When I called the manager couldn’t have cared less. I have eaten here for years and have never had service like this. It’s going way down hill.

Service was absolutely outstanding! My cup was never empty, better than most sit down restaurants with waiters! Everyone was very kind and food came out shockingly fast even by chick fil as usual standards.

Great food, but the management needs to train the staff about telling drive thru guests to go park, especially when they order over $50 worth of food.
Actually I phoned in a meal for my neighbors to show how much I appreciated their kindness, helpfulness, and thoughtfulness. They love Chick-fil-A, so that’s what I got. Their service was so efficient and friendly, and the food was piping hot when I got there. I could see why Chick-fil-A is their favorite place! If I ate meat, I’d love it too, it all smelled so good!

As always, the food at Chick-fil-A was fresh, tasty, and satisfying. My order was accurate, hot, and delivered quickly. You can always count on them for a solid meal and polite service at the counter.
However, I did notice that the cleaning hostess is not quite as friendly or attentive as the rest of the team. She seems a bit rushed and not very approachable — which always stands out, especially at a place known for top-notch customer service. It hasn’t ruined the experience, but it does affect if I want to dine in and the usual welcoming vibe Chick-fil-A is known for.
Still, overall a good visit — just hoping for a bit more consistency in the service across all team members.

Chick-fil-A is typically spot on but today it wasn't. The bun on the chicken sandwich I got was hard. Like it it had been sitting out for a while. I asked for 6 sauces and they only gave me one. Big disappointment today. Needless to say it will be a minute before I return.
