The food was great but the staff was even better. We went through the drive through and the staff asked what was making our day great, when I told them it was my sons birthday several staff members came to sing him happy birthday.

As someone who has trusted this store , and never had a problem untill now . I placed an online order for 50$+ and missing multiple items on my order . After filing a Report and only getting an automated response to know avail I was shorted over $10 of items and they are just saying it did not happen just please be careful if you order big orders from here I will not be coming back to this location, especially if they’re not gonna offer any kind of money back or credit back for the items that were not given to me. It shouldn’t be my job to double triple check my order whenever it’s the establishment that I am paying for

Wow, I’ve never given any CFA location 3 stars. And it has to do with…customer service of ALL things! Surprised?So was I.I ordered through the ap for pickup, then walked inside and stood at the pickup area for a good 10 minutes. All the while my child is asking me when our order is coming out as people who came in after me received their orders. Employee after employee (and manager) looked straight at me yet kept on walking by without any greeting or asking my name for my order. Nothing.Obviously I finally received my meal, but it was missing an item. Thankfully I looked in my bag before leaving and brought it to their attention. Not the best location to receive Chick-fil-a service!!!
