We showed up today and didn’t realize the lobby was already closed. Jorge, however, told us to come inside. We told him we’d take it to go, and he proceeded to take our order at the counter. He was OUTSTANDING. Absolute best service, didn’t seem inconvenienced, was super helpful, and just overall top notch personality. We will absolutely come back to this location just based on tonight’s experience. Thank you for your help, Jorge!

Bought a 12 mix and ended up with five of the pieces being wings. No legs. Called them back and was told that with a mix that they just use what's left. Wife called and they told us to bring it back. Another 30 minutes of driving. Thanks chicken express

After I said my first order dude at the window told me to pull forward without even asking if I was done ordering. Then proceeded to say French fries when I said mashed potatoes, in which he corrected himself and fixed my order. I then asked for four ranches. At the window, the man only gave me one straw when we had two drinks and did not put the ranch on my receipt. When I got my food I asked for another straw and ranch and the man just stared at me while handing it to me without saying a word. Just for me to get back home and realize he did in fact give me French fries even after I clarified twice that I wanted mashed potatoes. I wouldn’t be so irritated if the man at the window was at least nice but instead I was greeted with rudeness. I can understand a bad day, but don’t take it out on others.

They have posted chicken specials. Thats the best price for meals. Chicken tender family meals are really expensive. Get the chicken instead.
I got some fried pickles from the location on Bowen in Arlington. They tasted like old grease. I came to this location and Ricardo was so nice and helpful. I explained what happened and remade the pickles for me. The staff was also nice and helpful. Great location!!!
