I had a disappointing experience with the manager, Brandy. I came in trying to decide what to order and asked for help locating items on the menu and learning about the specials. Instead of explaining, she sighed, appeared impatient, and pointed toward the window signs around the building as if the windows should speak for themselves. The tone and body language made me feel rushed and unwelcome, like my questions were an inconvenience. Customer service should feel warm and helpful, especially when someone is simply trying to place an order. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here. I did follow up with the franchise owner afterward, and he apologized for the experience and said he would address the situation. I appreciate his response, but the interaction at the store itself was uncomfortable and unprofessional. I hope this feedback helps improve the customer experience at this location.

I’m only giving 1 star because the man who helped me was so nice, sweet and caring to taking my order.
However, the behavior of a young lady on staff was outrageous. I walked in on 12/29 at 8:04, the nice man was in the middle
Of taking my order when she started yelling at him “why didn’t you lock the door” then walked away moaning. Then while I’m sitting down waiting I heard her say multiple times can someone lock the door? This is stupid! Then, she proceed to lock the door with customers still inside. She had such a VERY nasty attitude. I feel so sorry for the man taking my order. Extremely uncomfortable service due to her outbursts! I tried getting her name unfortunately the nice man could not release that information but she needs to be addressed.

The girls working the headset/cashier had no customer service …we waited 3 minutes for them to come to the mic. They were rude, and when we got to the window they were on their phones, playing, talking…not making the food. Then nobody back there had on gloves as their handling food and one of the girls hair was super long and all in the way. Mind you…when we got here the line was empty and the parking lot was empty so there was no other customers for us to be waiting for.

Okra was probably a day old - soggy, cold and rubbery. Staff was too busy talking to acknowledge me waiting to place my order, then seemed to be in a hurry to throw my food all over the plate (and slide my tray across the counter without saying anything)
Lobby was dirty, trash everywhere, dirty tables, windows look like they haven’t been cleaned in months.

If I could give them 0 stars I would in a heart beat. The customer service here is terrible, the lady working the drive through this afternoon should be fired at this point, I didn’t even receive the items I asked and paid for. I wouldn’t even be able to get a refund since she acted as if she didn’t have the time to give me my receipt. And when I asked to upgrade my drink size she made a Huff and puff right in my face. Sadly this location has been going down hill over the last few years.

Lobby was closed unannounced online but with printed papers. Waited in line because I was unaware after I walked over there , tried to get the drive thru lady attention and she ignored me . I then proceeded to stand in line for 30 minutes only for the white lady with glasses at the window to tell me I couldnt be there and when I asked her “ why didn’t you tell me earlier when I tried to call for somebody at drive thru speaker then she responded rudely “leave before cops see you” . If she would have said that from the beginning I wouldn’t have waited in line hoping to be served. Just got out the hospital this morning and all I wanted was a cup of ice now I now where to avoid rudeness .

There’s only one person in this store at night the inside closed before 9:30 pm and you can only go through the drive thru cashier tugged himself I doubt he washed his hands very unfriendly unwelcoming demeanor please don’t eat here.
