Good chicken

It was pretty good. Tenders tasted good and the mashed potatoes were pretty good too. Only issue was the missing fries on both my orders of the #1. Would have gone back if my lunch break wasn't only 30 minutes long

Only chicken place I have found that has livers. Yea, I know, not many folks like liver! LOL BUT...I do and am always happy with some Chicken E livers. Oh, the chicken is yummy too. 😀

Arrived 1 pm Friday, they dont offer the lunch special anymore, ordered two number ones for me and my gf, food was cold as can be on arrival with only mac and cheese having any heat to it, I used to love chicken E but they are like never giving out good hot chicken anymore its always prepped in massive piles sitting in hot lamps for hours and its just gross and lazy, 26 bucks is alot for food it should at least be hot and presentable….

okay so if you go to this specific chicken express you will not regret it. there was this one guy (i forgot his name) but he was taking an order in the drive through while giving me my food (also in the drive through). this man is an absolute god and i wish i caught his name so that he gets tips 😭he even mouthed “have an awesome day!” while taking the other persons order🥹

Window guy was super great. Our order was messed up and he fixed it as fast as possible and made sure to have happy customers. Very respectful guy and good food 👍

On Friday 4/11/25 I was having a family gathering. Went to the Chicken Exoress on the 287 Frontage Road in Arlington. Junior met me with a smile and a friendly hello. Told him what I was having and the number of people. He recommended the Tailgate Special. It had everything i needed. When i went back that evening my order was ready and hot. Junior, again with a smile and friendly hello, even delivered my order to the car. I highly recommend this location and Junior.

Every time I try to order chicken at this place, They say they have no chicken ready and it will be a 10 minute wait. Your job is to sell cooked chicken not raw chicken. HAVE COOKED CHICKEN READY FOR PEOPLE TO EAT.

I ordered chicken from this chicken express an eight piece mix. The chicken was terrible. It had no flavor and it was over burnt. I will no longer order anything from this place again do not recommend it at all!!

I am writing this review to express my disappointment with my recent experience at this store. I ordered chicken, fried okra, and several other items, but unfortunately, everything was significantly overcooked. The food was dry, tough, and not at all up to the standards I’ve come to expect from Chicken Express. It tasted as though it had been sitting under the heat lamp for hours!!

When I returned to the store to address the issue and request a refund, I was treated very poorly. Instead of an apology or understanding, I was met with unprofessional and dismissive behavior from the staff. This made an already frustrating situation even worse. The person who finally gave me the refund shoved the money in my hand, grabbed the bag of food I returned, and heaved it across the store towards the trashcan.

I value good customer service, and this experience has left me questioning whether I should return to this location in the future. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and both the food quality and customer service issues are addressed. Ensuring that food is cooked properly and customers are treated with respect is essential for maintaining a company’s reputation and loyal customers.

So they have a Dark Meat Special & if you ask for fresh they have you to wait but it's like the smaller portions are served & Then the Ice Tea is SUGAR WATER it was just like drinking Sugar & water no flavor just RIDICULOUS ... If this is what's going to be served then why? Then do not participate in specials...ijs

Fish was like fish jerky macaroni and cheese was a solid block. This is my first and only review and I am 70 so this is how bad it was
