Worst experience ever!! The customer service is horrible! The cashier at the drive thru had a horrible attitude. I get my food, I pull over the check everything and have to drive back around get my corn nuggets that they forgot. I tell her on the speaker, she takes her sweet time in responding. I then pull up and she comes outside and asks how many small boxes I have, I say none because we didn't get the item. Mind you I paid 65 dollars for the food I already have to go around, my food is getting cold and she still has an attitude as if I'm lying. She finally hands over the box and says "you didn't have to snatch it from me". Which I didn't, but this whole time you are the one that's mad for no reason. I then call and ask for her name, which I'm sure it was her and said she won't give me the name and hangs up on me. Definitely won't be going back.

Thought I would buy a couple of people from dinner last night. Twelve pieces of chicken three drinks, 3 sides, the macaroni and cheese Was actually cold. The chicken was greasy and to topper it all along. How about $52 for that? I won't be back.

When they called it out I told them it was dying in and not to go and the girl put it on a tray and handed it to me. The music was so loud in there you can't hear yourself think so I asked her to turn it down which she never didI can't get the orders straight because they can't hear you. And now I get home and I see on my receipt that they charged me for a large drink and I had asked for waterPeriodI am a frequent Patron and will never go back again

Not only do they take extremely long with the food but looking in through the drive thru windows, you see food and trash all over the ground. Not very appetizing

This place is one of the worst chicken express' you could eat at. What is the point in asking a biscuit or a roll if you are just going to give people a roll!? Literally a bunch of uneducated women who are incapable of getting better employment opportunities. I was genuinely nice and told drive thru that my meal was supposed to have a biscuit instead of a roll and asked for a biscuit and they literally and intentionally gave me the smallest hardest biscuit they could find. That is why they are where they are in life, miserable and working in fast food!

Very unhappy with order. Took 10 minutes so we got hot chicken and cold sides. Did not ask roll or biscuit so when I asked to change, she chose the oldest, hardest, worst biscuit I've Ever seen. So hard it Cracked open.

This place does not generally have great customer service, and they almost always get your order wrong, but the food has still been decent that we would eat it anyway. Last night my husband and I visited this chicken express and to our dismay, the food was almost inedible. We both got chicken tenders, and I got mashed potatoes, and corn nuggets. The corn nuggets were about the only palatable thing in the box. The mashed potatoes were cold and tasted old and funny, and the chicken tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. My stomach started hurting almost immediately after eating it. Then I was awoken at two in the morning, to the food coming out of both ends, for hours on end, with what I believed to be food poisoning. To say I will never eat here again is an understatement.
