The person who worked the drive thru forgot to ask if I wanted a biscuit or a roll and when I went back around to ask for a biscuit they got upset and gave me the oldest crustiest one they had. Thanks lady. Also you forgot half the gravy

I had came to pick up a door dash and the service was horrible. I told one of the employees I was there to pick up an order, there was a drink in front of the register, it's like the drink became invisible and he pushed the bag and spilled the drink all over my daughters shoe. He just asked if that was our drink and I said no and he walked away, he didn't say sorry he didn't clean it up not even offer napkins.. literally just walked away. I went to the restroom to help my daughter clean up and wash her slides and all of the employees had just gone to the back and the doordash food and drinks were on the counter .. even the bag of drinks had soda inside the bags. I had to change the drink bag and clean the lids and drinks .. so sad , I wouldn't even come here. The one on Cooper has better service and better promotions like their $5 box. Unfortunate.

All I wanted was 7 chicken tenders with fries and mashed potatoes. I walked in to order and get food. Paid for ALL of it. Got home and had chicken and mashed potatoes. No fries. It's not like they left a few dollars in the bag for the fries they didn't give me. Nothing. It's basically robbery. And I don't live close enough to drive back. That's such a disappointing moment.

Best service I have had in a long time at ANY fast food establishment. I told Jalisa that we were splitting a meal for dine-in and it was brought out divided onto separate plates. Felt cared for on a level you rarely find these days. Recommend this location for your next meal!
