The food was amazing. The staff was super friendly. This was my first time visiting and I asked the staff to pick me out their favorites. I tried spicy! Was great! I just can’t get over how nice the staff was. I will certainly go back. Also, they have really good prices. No wait time.

I love this place. The chicken salad croissant meal with an extra scoop is my favorite. It tastes like my Grandma Josephine made it. I love their watermelon 🍉 lemonade, but they were out this Friday visit.

I ordered the classic chicken salad and found the taste to be bland for my liking. However, the red velvet cake was dry and tasted old.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 — A Life-Changing Chicken Salad Experience!

OK, somebody stop the press! Where has Chicken Salad Chick been all my life? The deliciousness I just experienced is unreal — I’m honestly shook. A good friend from work recommended this place, raving about how amazing their chicken salads are, so of course, I had to try it. I went in craving chicken salad in a lettuce boat… and came out with a full-on obsession.

First off, the building is adorable — quaint, clean, and super inviting. I was warmly greeted and helped by the wonderful Kaylee, who walked me through the menu and helped me pick out my delicious dinner. Shoutout to her for being so helpful and friendly!

I chose the Fancy Nancy, which has Fuji apples, seedless grapes, and pecans — a mix I’ve never had in chicken salad before, and it blew me away. Sweet, crunchy, fresh, and flavorful — absolute perfection in every bite. And let’s not forget the wheat crackers in their own cute little branded packaging… I’m living for the attention to detail.

And the cake? Moist, rich, and just the right amount of sweet — not too much, not too little. I took one bite just to “see what it was like,” and I had to stop myself because I hadn’t even touched my full meal yet. That’s how good it was.

Yes, it’s a little on the pricey side — but worth every single cent. If I could give this place 10 stars, I absolutely would. I hate that I didn’t get more, but best believe I’ll be back very soon.

Can't get a to go order correct ever

This was my first time visiting during my lunch break, and I have to say I’m a bit disappointed. I recommend ordering ahead to save time. After waiting 10 minutes for my order, I decided to add an extra scoop of chicken salad. However, I ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes because they replaced my entire order and put me at the back of the line instead of simply adding to my order.

When I finally got back to work, I realized they forgot to include my soup. I’ve heard coworkers talk about this place, but it seems to be overrated. The classic chicken sandwich was a bit bland wasn’t a fan, but I did enjoy the BBQ. I can’t say much about the soup since I never received it.

I did want to mention that the on-duty manager was working very hard. I admired her work ethic as she was busy getting other orders out to customers who ordered after me.
