The place was OK, nothing bad about it but nothing that really wild me either. The menu, for the most part is simple, and the ladies at the front will help you order what you need and give you all the information you need as well. After doing so I went and found a seat. No one really came to check on me in the dining room area or anything like that which is fine. But that’s why I gave it four stars for service cause I was kind of just to myself.
Something about this place just gives you early 2000s nostalgia and I love it! The food was amazing and just the right portions. I had the Olivia’s old south and it did not disappoint. The potato soup was super cheesy and full of flavor. 10/10 would recommend this place.

Chicken salad chick makes it so easy to grab dinner on the way home! This was my first time and I didn't realize that I could just walk up to a refrigerated area and grab the flavors I wanted! They have a smaller size that is 2-3 servings (pictured) and then the larger size that's 4-6 servings. Prices are very reasonable! I had the classic carol, fruity Fran and the buffalo barclay. Crackers available upon request! I will definitely be back to try the other flavors on their menu!

Just left there and Cameron took my order, he was great, very friendly and 10 plus on customer service! However the lady behind the counter in the kitchen was not kind and a bit rude. He rang up the incorrect size as I wasn't sure what I wanted I just wanted grade salad and pasta salad. The lady in the back passed over a different container than Cameron showed me. Instead of fixing the mistake she just simply said I am not fixing that, he needs to. Which a mistake was made but being rude to another employee in front of the customer just makes your look bad! Cameron you were awesome keep it up! Other staff needs work!

All of the staff are always friendly, however today I walked in to pick up counter and there was a white male there. He saw me arrive and stand there but didn’t ask how he can help me. Instead he went to check on other orders. The male black employee was very sweet and asked how he can help.Kid-friendliness: Nice family friendly environment
