The food is really good. The customer service is great. I placed a to go order last week. They forgot an item on my order. They replaced my whole order for free. I had a big order. They go above beyond with their customer service.

My husband and I found this hidden gem before Covid. We have always had to go towards Fort Worth to find a good Mexican food place. Not anymore! We go at least once a week. I am vegan and they are always very accommodating to my needs, the chips and salsa are great, as are the drink specials :-) although I don't know the bartenders name yet, she is always super friendly and takes great care of us.

We've been going to Charlie's over the past few months... everything has always been so great! From the food to the drinks and service, we always left extremely pleased. It's nice to have such a great Mexican food place so close to home. It has now become our favorite Mexican food place!

WONDERFUL WONDERFUL experience! This is the first time we have eaten here and it was amazing. The margaritas, enchiladas and queso were delicious. The serving staff were very informative, helpful and friendly. We will be back soon.

Just left Chihuahua Charlies and we are full and happy! Their brunch is phenomenal and so are the happy hour prices. I recommend the brunch skillet with carnitas. Food is flavorful, service attentive and welcoming, and margaritas freshly squeezed.

Stopped in for a quick bite and something cold to drink. Sat at the bar and had iced tea and complimentary chips and salsa "watch the green, she's got a kick". Got a recommendation from the bartender "Ciara" and it was delicious. She was very nice and had a pleasant laugh.

I placed an order for pick up at 1pm, when I arrived I read on the door "open at 3pm." I called to say I placed an order but could wait until 3pm. The person working today said we updated our website with new hours, sorry about the confusion, but I almost have your order ready. I have always experienced wonderful customer service here. She thanked me for placing the order because now they know about the time discrepancy. The dish was delicious.
I love this place Ive been here many times and have never been disappointed with food or service. We had my daughter's gender reveal during brunch. They were very accommodating with our request to set up in the private area. Brittany and Katy were awesome! The service was great, food was delicious and the blue and pink drinks were a special touch. Everyone teally enjoyed their meal. (Barbacoa is so so good) I've come here for brunch, lunch and dinner. They consistently serve quality food and the prices are reasonable. The environment is inviting and all of the staff go above and beyond. Great drink specials, the blackberry margatita is yummy! Thank you Chihuaha Charlies for everything you did to make our event so special :-)

I rarely leave reviews, but when it’s this BAD I can’t help it. Our server was great, and that’s pretty much the only good thing. The food was AWFUL, the kind of bad that you don’t even want to take another bite. My friend had the guts to return her plate and get something else cuz it was just not edible. (I wish I would’ve done the same) the cream that they put in my “Mexican corn” was either expired or it was straight up yogurt but it was not sour cream or Mexican cream. I went to the restroom, NO TOILET PAPER in either stall. NONE ZERO. This restaurant is fairly new and already off to a bad start, please fix.

I have been a patron if theirs since the day they opened and i have steadily seen the decline in quality on food and drinks. Tonight i order, using Uber Eats. Called to ask if they have Pazole, got told yes only to find out, it was not even an option on the menu. Menu is not complete... you want corn and flor tortillas good luck, that's not an option on Uber Eats. When the delivery showed up it was missing the 8.99 Guacamole. What i got was 2oz. Guacamole that comes with Fajitas. Chicken was over cooked and dry. When i called i got sorry call Uber Eats to get your refund for missing item. So i get fajitas for 1 for 35.00 including the 25% tip. As much as i want to like this place i don't plan on returning anytime soon. They do have a few items that i will miss Pazole and Chicharrones and Queso are good as any around. Tonight was Disappointing at best!
