I came in and placed a Togo order. 2 Triple Dippers and a side of fries. Tell me with my fires were taken out and sitting there for 10 minutes. So Check No: 40014 I called the manager order and ask her how the phone is made once you order and she told me the food is made once it is ordered and she could get me some more fries. Which I know wasn’t true because the fries are not made to order they are made and put under a heat lamp. I don’t recommend ordering fries Togo if you want them fresh.

Asked for the wicked themed margarita in mocktail version and other chilis have done it many times and the worker said no we can’t do that, then said I could get it made out of sprite with dragonfruit flavoring and didn’t bring it in the margarita glass or with the wicked wand thing in it. So rude workers and such an easy request. She also took my friend’s order and then submitted it and didn’t ask for mine until I had to remind her that I was also here at this restaurant to eat.. then as I left a bad review on the checkout kiosk she was looking over my shoulder and passively aggressively said “well that was hurtful. Just because I didn’t have the drink you wanted.” So uncomfortable I’m never going to chilis again

I do not remember our waiters name but he was an amazing server. His attitude was very inviting and he always had a smile on his face. I remember he was a larger guy, maybe of Samoan descent, and had a septum piercing. Our experience was wonderful.

I just have to say.. Chelsea was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with the warmest smile and made us feel right at home. You can tell she genuinely cares about folks, and that Southern charm of hers just shines through. She was so kind, attentive, and patient, even when things got busy. It’s rare these days to find someone who makes you feel like family, but Chelsea sure did. Y’all are lucky to have her!

This location was so disappointing :( The food was fine but I've never had worse service. I saw my server a total of two times and both times were only because I physically got up and asked someone to get her. I had to ask the host after 20 minutes of being sat if my table could order drinks. Thank god someone else brings the food because she never came back with those drinks, we had to ask someone else AFTER our food came out. Getting those drinks was no easy task either, we tried flagging down several different servers but every single one that walked by was on their phone. I'm glad the payment is digital now because I don't think she would've ever come back with a check. Really sad, especially because this was my friend's first ever time at a Chili's and I wanted to show him why I loved it :(
