Dear Management,
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Chili's location on Cooper Street in Arlington. my family and I experienced unprofessional and unacceptable conduct from a staff member who identified herself as Ken.
Her behavior was concerning on multiple levels. She appeared intoxicated, exhibiting slurred speech and an odor of alcohol. Furthermore, her attentiveness was severely lacking; she repeatedly failed to address our needs, including taking our order incorrectly. Her demeanor was unprofessional and her comments regarding her dislike of her job were inappropriate for a customer-facing role. Beyond this, her interactions with my child caused significant discomfort.
Most disturbingly, I believe my credit card information was compromised, resulting in an overcharge of $400.
I request a full investigation into this incident, I hope to resolve this matter amicably, but I will pursue further action, including legal recourse, if necessary.

I don't usually go to this location but my coworker and I decided to get something to go. I ordered the 3 for me. I got back to the office and the fries were missing from the order. When you're limited to time you can't go back to pick up what was missing. I called and they said they will email me a gift card for the inconvenience. I haven't received anything yet.

Had one of the best Chili's experience today! Our server, Omar, was amazing. Super friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from the beginning. The food was wonderful, came out hot and fresh, and Omar checked in just the right amount. He definitely made our visit even better. Thanks Omar!!!!!!!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I don’t recommend coming to this one. I got sat and waited for over 30 minutes and no server came to take our drink order or food. There was 3 girls just talking to the host the whole time. We told another server that we had been waiting for a long time and she just said someone would be with us and left . We ended up just walking out because tables that had got there way after us already had their drinks and appetizers .
