Do we really have to cut down, on straw usage to make your margins, to the point we can’t just ask for a straw and get one.

Because it happened a second time a year a part, this is clearly a location with incompetent cooks, server on the line to QC, and management. We ordered the fajita trio with double beef and chicken. No shrimp. The order a year ago was such an ordeal with the manager and DoorDash that we stopped ordering from Chili's altogether because DoorDash forces this store. Here we are thinking surely it won't be the same experience. Wrong! The printed ticket clearly shows the order as requested. The cook was able to put the correct tortillas with the order, so how did they overlook the rest? Some people have seafood allergies. Some just hate it, as in this case. Either scenario, between the cooks and the server on the line to QC, it doesn't happen. If you dine here and have someone with a food allergy, you are safer to avoid the entire Chili's chain. Although they have a "see server" option to alert the cooks, reading is a challenge. And a mistake (or intention) that could be life-threatening. It's repetitive for this store. The female manager tonight, 12-19-24 didn't offer to take down our information. It is custom policy that the store mail "Be our guest" gift cards for such screw ups. She didn't offer. Possibly because she was an internally promoted server turned manager, and at a age where customer service was never taught or absorbed.

On Sunday, our waiter told my mother, who wanted her toast browned “like her face” (she’s a light-skinned black woman, for reference) “so burnt?” Then he proceeded to bring her a burnt piece of toast. When she sent it back, he brought another burnt toast.

Will not be back to this location.

This place has became a nightmare since Nathan became the store manager he’s racist and has no customer service training. He dismissed my complaints about my dirty alcohol beverage immediately before I could explains how dirty the drink was. The lady server with all the piercings in her face became upset when I complained about the drink and ignored me afterwards. Will never come to this location again thanks to those 2!!

Came in and got seated at 12:58 pm and the place wasn’t that busy. Got up and left at 1:15 because no server came to our table.

Food was OK, my granddaughters sliders were raw on the inside, the chicken tortilla soup should have been called a chicken tortilla dip.

Always order to go, and each time I'm sitting in the parking lot waiting for food to be ready and 8 times out of 10 the food is cold. They really need to work on their system for when the food is ready.

I love coming to this location. They are always quick with my to-go orders, but today I decided to dine in and I’m glad I did. I had Ryan as my server and he was amazing! He waited very patiently as I placed my order and continued to check in on me frequently while eating. Great service!!
