Just ate lunch here. Food was great. Inside was very clean. Employee Stephanie extremely friendly, professional, customer focused. Great, bubbly personality!! Would give her a 10 out of 10. 😉

Terrible service. They close an hour and a half before actual closing time and don't let you sit inside anymore. They laugh at customers and the portions are absurd. It was my first time eating at a chipotle and it was a terrible experience that will leave a sour taste. They should rehire all the employees especially the tall, skinny girl

Genuinely the worst chipotle location I’ve ever been to. Every experience has been awful with insultingly low portions on the protein options and even the chips, and the food is completely bland and not seasoned appropriately compared to other locations. The staff is not attentive and I’ve had to wait in excess of 10-15 minutes for my online order to be completed just for it either be made wrong, already cold, or a half filled bowl. Do not recommend at all.

I’ve always came to this one because it’s the closet to my house but the customer service has declined over the years. They always have workers with horrible attitudes or rude. Two times in a row they charged me for chips and forgot to put them in the bag. I don’t recommend coming to this one. There’s always a long wait and slow workers. Jennifer was being rude to customers. They need better employees

Everything about this location sucks. Literally every time I go there’s always something wrong. I had enough of this location. First off. The lady African American girl super rude. We get to the line she asks what type of beans and rice and lets us know that there’s no steak when we get to the protein section. Now we’re just clueless of what to do. 2nd is her not hearing me that I wanted half and half is outrageous. That’s fine though I don’t mind paying extra it’s a simple mistake.. TO FINISH IT OFFFF. I had her freaking long hair in my food. I literally took a bite and felt a string of some sort and I thought it was cheese… TURNS OUT it’s her hair. Please be more sanitary and respectful employees. Place should be closed down respectfully. I recommend the 5001 cooper location instead of this one. Don’t waste your time here you’ll be eating hair more than eating your chipotle 0/10 choose the tacos across the street..
