I had a Barbacoa Burrito with wheat rice. Delicious! Service was quick. Exactly what I needed!

Unfortunately, this location needs better staff training. The employees, especially the younger ones, don’t seem properly trained on customer service, multitasking, or basic restaurant operations. The employee preparing the bowls was extremely slow and struggled to multitask. If it was his first day, he should not have been left on the line alone especially on one of their busiest days during a BOGO promotion.
The manager appeared to be trying, but was forced to work the line because the staff couldn’t keep up. There were also no forks or spoons available, again on a very busy day. I watched a customer ask for a fork, and instead of restocking the silverware knowing there was a long line of customers, the employee just handed out a single fork.
Overall, the staff needs proper training in basic customer service, cleanliness, and efficiency. With the volume of customers they serve, these fundamentals should already be in place.
Don’t do pick up unless you want to be upset and feel ripped off by their size of the portions.
We got a Chicken Bowl, Tacos (barbacoa), and Kids Quesadilla. The food tasted good and the staff worked quickly through the line. The place is clean; they also have outdoor seats.

Too rushed, smaller portions. Slow down a little and maintain quality that other locations have. The money is still green in our community.

Nasty Attitudes STILL!
Plates are served the same amount even when ordering the same plate. Chips are stale.

Worse customer service ever. Stood there for 5 minutes and people weren’t doing anything and they just ignored me. The Latina girl I talked to flat out ignored me and walked away. If you don’t want to work in customer service why get a job there? Seriously despise this location as the service here is horrendous but this time it was flat out disrespectful.

I know restaurants have small margins but I didn't realize skimping on rice and beans were 1 of them. I also ordered double chicken and this is seriously all I get for an $19 meal?

I once came here and got double chicken and the cashier charged me $22, that is about the price of 2 meals. The service is not great and the food is not fresh, the chips are always stale and dont have any lime or salt. They have a good location and convenience.

There was a lady who was very rude, and she gave an attitude to me and my family. And the tables are dirty.

I’m usually a super lenient reviewer, so if I give a place a bad review, it’s legitimately horrible. I’ve been to this location 3 times and they’ve made a bad impression twice. The second time I went, they charged me twice for one of the bowls I ordered so that meant I had to drive back 10 minutes for them to correct it. They refunded me my money for the false charge, so all was good, except for the part where I had to drive back to the store. This last time was the nail in the coffin though. I ordered two bowls. One regular chicken, one honey chipotle chicken. They were rushing me and doing both bowls both at once, so this is likely where the problem occurred. They got one bowl right and misheard the other order. They gave me a veggie bowl in place of the honey chipotle chicken bowl. I had to drive all the way back to the store and when I got there, I just wanted to pay the difference. Because a veggie bowl is $9.15 while that other bowl is $9.75. A side scoop is $4. I’d be paying nearly $4 more for that bowl because of their mistake. Most other places would’ve just comped the scoop and apologized. I was ok with paying the difference. Despite this, the supervisor told me I had to buy a side scoop. Not only were they unapologetic about messing up my order, they made me wait in line for 15 minutes for ONE scoop of chicken. As I was arriving at the counter, the supervisor was smirking at me and gaslighting me saying out loud how it was my fault that I bought the veggie bowl and they were not at fault. Like dude… YOU GUYS MISHEARD MY ORDER AND DIDN’T REPAT IT BACK TO ME AT CHECKOUT. Both bowls were already bagged so naturally, I was assuming they had my order right. The audacity of this woman to not only blame me, but also smirk while doing it? I had to leave before I caused a scene. Based off her accent, I’m assuming she was a Filipina woman. Her customer servicing skills are horrendous and this might be the WORST experience any establishment has ever given me in regard to customer servicing. This is the closest Chipotle to me, but I’m never coming back here again. I’ll drive the few extra miles to another chipotle if it means I can get adequate customer service and an establishment that won’t keep screwing up my orders.
