I once came here and got double chicken and the cashier charged me $22, that is about the price of 2 meals. The service is not great and the food is not fresh, the chips are always stale and dont have any lime or salt. They have a good location and convenience.

I’m usually a super lenient reviewer, so if I give a place a bad review, it’s legitimately horrible. I’ve been to this location 3 times and they’ve made a bad impression twice. The second time I went, they charged me twice for one of the bowls I ordered so that meant I had to drive back 10 minutes for them to correct it. They refunded me my money for the false charge, so all was good, except for the part where I had to drive back to the store. This last time was the nail in the coffin though. I ordered two bowls. One regular chicken, one honey chipotle chicken. They were rushing me and doing both bowls both at once, so this is likely where the problem occurred. They got one bowl right and misheard the other order. They gave me a veggie bowl in place of the honey chipotle chicken bowl. I had to drive all the way back to the store and when I got there, I just wanted to pay the difference. Because a veggie bowl is $9.15 while that other bowl is $9.75. A side scoop is $4. I’d be paying nearly $4 more for that bowl because of their mistake. Most other places would’ve just comped the scoop and apologized. I was ok with paying the difference. Despite this, the supervisor told me I had to buy a side scoop. Not only were they unapologetic about messing up my order, they made me wait in line for 15 minutes for ONE scoop of chicken. As I was arriving at the counter, the supervisor was smirking at me and gaslighting me saying out loud how it was my fault that I bought the veggie bowl and they were not at fault. Like dude… YOU GUYS MISHEARD MY ORDER AND DIDN’T REPAT IT BACK TO ME AT CHECKOUT. Both bowls were already bagged so naturally, I was assuming they had my order right. The audacity of this woman to not only blame me, but also smirk while doing it? I had to leave before I caused a scene. Based off her accent, I’m assuming she was a Filipina woman. Her customer servicing skills are horrendous and this might be the WORST experience any establishment has ever given me in regard to customer servicing. This is the closest Chipotle to me, but I’m never coming back here again. I’ll drive the few extra miles to another chipotle if it means I can get adequate customer service and an establishment that won’t keep screwing up my orders.

Came in to have dinner and the dining room was closed. My husband and I had to eat in our car. This is the first Chipotle location I’ve been to that operates this way. I asked the employee what time they closed, and he said, “Our dining room closes at 9:30 and the restaurant closes at 11 p.m.” He mentioned they close the dining room early so they “won’t be there until 2 a.m. as they have to deep clean.”
I thought this was unacceptable. Whoever is in charge of this store needs to seriously reconsider how this policy impacts the customer experience. Closing the dining room 90 minutes before the actual closing time—especially without any signage or notice and just trash cans?—is misleading and inconvenient. If deep cleaning is necessary, it should be scheduled in a way that doesn’t interfere with guests trying to enjoy a simple sit-down meal. We come to Chipotle expecting consistency and hospitality, not to eat burritos in our cars. Do better.

First off the young girl had a attitude. Was giving infant portion size in my burrito. I ask her could she give me my money's worth . She then caught a bigger attitude talking back saying that was the right portion. They had no black beans , veggies the new honey chicken had none of that either . Cashier then stated the had a big catering order at 8 so you don't prep anymore food which was insane. Cashier also stated they couldn't start the grill again . How do you not prep the right amount of food . In all actually the employees are lazy , the restaurant was dirty , trash cans over flowing . The girl making the burrito left off the line because she was bothering by what I said to her as well there was a line behind me so she didn't come BK to the line to assist the other customers which made them to have to wait longer . She needs self control and maybe even anger management. Chipotle do better . Matter a fact everyone there need to be fired . They are not supply the demand of keep food stocked and to top it off got home and my burritos was cold .I like food made with love and she did not give that energy, actually that she hates her job .
