It was okay other than the cashier not knowing how to give back the correct change (the coin part). The Chicken al Pastor was okay but nothing close to how it is advertised. Kinda like the burger places that advertise burgers with thick meat, lettuce and tomatoes but when you get home everything is half the size and just slapped on the bun. Terrible!!!

It is really dirty in there, it doesn’t look like they cleaned the old food particles, that’s been sitting around for hours. I hope health officials routinely check this restaurant. The service is always poor, but I guess I just expect that now.

Asked for guac for my bowl the girl said wasn’t anymore. Turn around and another girl was filling a side cup of guac. ?
Ordered online and went on to pick up 03/19/24 at 7:20pmI have never in my years of being a loyal customer had disrespectful service from the cashier, I just told her my name and asked if food was ready and she had attitude not only with me but 2 ladies that was in the line also that paid for items and didn't receive them. I asked if I can get my cup that I ordered the 22oz she had major attitude and handed me a water cup. When I mentioned it to her and shows her my order on phone and not looking at me, she said they'll give it to you from the back.She kept looking at me with attitude and I didn't even say anything else to her, waited about 10 minutes for food, like 5 ordered came out and she deliberately asked people that came in after me for their names before asking me lastly. She just stretched out her hands to give me my food, no thanks nothing looking at another guy helping him. Not sure what the problem was but I moved her 3 weeks ago and came here like 5 times already and this is the worst I've been dealt with.She should not be in customer service at all.

This Staff is absolutely rude, worst chipotle location I have ever been too. The girl straight up ignored me when asking what I wanted in my bowl and proceeded to put in things that I wasn’t asking for and just ignored and looked away when I said that’s not what I wanted. This has happened every single time I have came in to this specific location only when the afternoon shift of teens is working. This has to be fixed and shouldn’t be ongoing
