Took 30 minutes in line n people giving food didn’t talk at all and didn’t give me my full scoop of chicken. Rice is gross, floors tables and drink are were filthy.

We went in at 8:44 nothing but a whole bunch of teenagers who don’t care we waited in line while one of the employees was just busy on her phone then finally looked up and asked if we needed something… well that’s what we are in line for right?!. We got two chicken bowls and by our fault we trusted the employees to be fair with portions we get home both our bowls have no chicken in sight! I mean Max chicken in the bowls was like 5 pieces they threw a bunch of salsa on mine that made it just disgusting we didn’t even eat the food both bowls where disappointing and a waste of $26.47!

Absolute nightmare and horrible customer service on very botched delivery order. Delivery order placed direct with Chipotle was wrong and no help from store manager on duty Ricardo. Will spare the general public the details this DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS LOCATION. Order being wrong was refused. They will ultimately cancel your order after effort and hoops to jump though - at this point you are pissed 90 ways to Sunday. We order at this location on weekly to bi-weekly basis and to be treated like this, NO MORE! Please have the corporate office contact me.

This is my favorite Chipotle around! I live in Grand Prairie and I pass 2 other Chipotle’s on my way here. The staff are always super friendly and attentive. The food is always fresh and plentiful! I will continue to visit this Chipotle as long as I am here!

This place is very dim and looks kind of depressing. The two oldest ladies there always have the worst attitudes that it ruins your appetite entirely. I had to start traveling to a chipotle in a different part of the city so I can have pleasant experiences.
I love Chipotle but maybe next time I’m just gonna order from a different location. Ordered a burrito bowl with white rice. While everything else was good and the steak meat very tender, the rice was undercooked and hard in the inside.

Not fresh at all , rice was stuck together in clumps ., wasnt hot at all ! The tortilla was nasty ,!!! I got half steak half carne Asada & there was barely any meat , & the meat that was there was really fat I had a picture I sent to Uber but I was unable to recover the messages . Very unsatisfied . Will never don’t waste your money or time

I ordered my food for pickup and then got the notification that it was ready. Showed up to pick it up & then they said it wasn’t ready… I kept asking for it again for 10 mins. Then the girl looks back and says “oh it’s been right here the whole time” in a very rude way. I don’t understand why people have to be so rude and dumb … like why didn’t she look for my food when I first asked for it?!
