No one here knows how to make what’s on the menu. This is the second time I asked for something that they have on the menu and i have to explain what it is and i don’t work here. Everyone should know the menu that works here.

Customer service here is TERRIBLE. They don’t wash their hands, they don’t smile they hate the customers. Food doesn’t taste that fresh either. Also chipotle is closed for PEST CONTROL. Makes sense they have cockroaches employees never cleaning.

I’ve been coming to this Chipotle regularly even though the portions, especially the meat are usually small. But this visit was absolutely unacceptable. I saw cockroaches crawling on the counter near the tortillas. When I informed an employee, he laughed and completely ignored it. A restaurant should be clean and sanitary at all times, and this was beyond disgusting. I was so mad I had to leave without eating.
