I ordered a pick-up, and they totally missed the instructions. The bowl was barely filled, even though the place wasn’t busy. Definitely the worst Chipotle experience I’ve had in years!

On 2/3 @ 3:20pm : I did an order through the app & picked up in the Drivelane. The customer service was HORRIBLE! The female (Caucasian or Hispanic descent), I don't know her name, but she had tattoos on the front and back of her arms. She came to the window and said absolutely NOTHING! I automatically, said "Hello, I have a pickup for Shelly." She hands me the sack, and then I requested a mild sauce on the side. She retrieved the sauce handed it to me and walked away from the window, & still have not said a word; the window closed automatically. Never have I ever had such a bad experience here.

Had not been to Chipotle in 2 years, probably not go for another two. Decided to stop by for a quick lunch. It was nice and clean. Walk up to begin my order and the cashier looks at me. The person prepping the chips looks at me. The guy cooking looks at me. Then another two employees are literally just looking at me. I was about to walk out when a young man finally appears and we begin my order. His attitude was similar in that he did not say much. Go to the cashier to pay and it asks for a tip??? Unbelievable! Food was decent at best, semi-cold but still good. Two stars for cleanliness and atmosphere.
I definitely won’t be spending my hard earned money at Chipotle again.
My favorite restaurant. My husband and I have date night every Thursday. I love this place.
