I’m staying across the way at a hotel and it’s one of the only places open a little later. So to be honest that’s one of main reason why I came back. 1st time the food didn’t taste good so I gave it a second chance this visit. I ordered the same thing, bowl with carnitas and the usual fixing. Tasted gross the second time around also. Honestly it was the carnitas itself…kinda hard to ruin toppings. I take that back, the rice was undercooked.
The counter staff were great and actually the same ladies that helped me the last time I was in town. That said they were extremely busy and didn’t seem to have much time to wipe the dirty tables.
Hate giving a 3 stars because it seemed they were a little under staffed during the late hours but the definitely the carnitas did not taste good compared to other chipotle I’ve visited.

Went through the drive thru to pick my order and they for got my child’s drink, they forgot her pinto beans, and the “fruit” is a beat up cutie- like are you serious??!

Manger said they can not afford to fix the oven that they make quesadilla in, I replied, cmon, she said no seriously I think they are filling for bankruptcy. I am confused, if they can not afford to fix equipment is it even safe to eat here?

They loaded to many boxes in one bag, one of which leaked and then bag tore from below, which made all the contents spill on the floor as soon as i got down from the car.

The steak tasted old and rubbery, the bowl had a half scoop of rice and I could count how much steak was in the bowl exactly 5 pieces . Terrible won't be back to this location.
Ordered through the app food was supposed to be ready at 940 I didn’t get my food until 950 I was not greeted she just opened the window and said name …..then proceeded to say it’s not ready and shut the window he delivery and demeanor was rude. I live 4 minutes away from chipotle my food is cold and hard I literally have 8-10 pieces of chicken and most of those are fatty. This is the second time I’ve had an issue with THIS location I will never come back

We put in an online order. They didn’t tell us when we showed up that they were out of pretty much everything. No veggies. No cheese. No salsa. They just gave us bland bowls and let us leave. It took us getting home and then me driving back up there for them to communicate that. Followed by how I can’t get a refund since I purchased online unless I call customer service tomorrow. This is terrible service. Don’t order from here.

We placed a chipolane order and to say it was very disappointing is an understatement. Large order of chips were EXTREMELY stale. Kids quesadilla had NO cheese. The fruit it came with was a mandarin smaller than the palm of my 2 year olds hand. My burrito had nothing but guac and sour cream at the top half so it was not made evenly. We had one great experience from this location before and two disappointing experiences after. I recommend going to the location on S. Cooper over this one any day.
