No chicken tenders at all. If you dont have them fix the menu to say so. Went thru the drive thru and it was hard to understand! wont go back there!

They handed my food out to the car in front of me. I am watching The guy. He was digging in the food to see if it was all there. Handing a piece of chicken to the kid in the back seat then taking it back puts everything back in the bag hands it to the drive thru guy. And says that is not ours. They then give him another bag and he looks and leaves. The guy in the drive thru then tries to give me the bag that was passed around in the car in front of me. I said hey this bag was given to the car in front of me I saw them going through it, and passing food around in the van he said yes but he gave it back . I said I don't want that you have to make it again he said nope here . I asked for a refund he said my manager is not here it is me and my coworker.he handed the bag out and closed the window.i will be bringing it back tomorrow morning for the general manager to deal with .I will not be going back here ..

Just had Church’s Chicken and it hit the spot! The chicken was fresh and crispy, and the biscuits were amazing as always. Shoutout to the manager and staff — super friendly and on top of everything. You can tell they care. left full and happy. Definitely coming back! It’s nice to see people take pride in what they do and respect customers!

I went here to get some Chicken for my family on 6/19/25. The store seemed to be managed by several young men.
Muhammad helped me and I assume he was in charge. He is a wonderful young man, was very polite and courteous!!!! Muhammad definitely needs a pat on the back for his service!!!! Also while I was there, another older gentleman came in to Thank another young worker for bringing his food out and being Polite.
While customer service is lost in so many places, it isn't a this establishment. I had to come on and comment about the Great Job these guys are doing there!!!! Appreciate Church's and Please Patronize this place!!!!! THANK YOU!!!!!

Absolute worst place, i do not recommend eating here. We came in for pickup, they hadn't even started our order they were rude and refused to give us a refund. There was no manager and the store was being run by kids. Will never eat at any Church's again.

Today, I had a bad drive-through experience. After ordering, I waited 5 minutes to pay and get my food. The employee stared at me and mumbled something unclear, so I drove off. The manager needs to be replaced, and the staff retrained.

Missed up my order, and didn't give me the meal I redeemed from my points until I put an order, although not required. And I give them my phone to scan my QR code to gain points and they said it was added, but later I found that they lied to me. Don't recommend this store.

We just went to drive thru, picked up our order and found a piece of chicken eaten off of. Tried calling to speak to someone about it but no answer but tomorrow the health department will be getting a call and I am sure they will answer. Totally disgusting. Well on top of this. We went back to get our money back and the guy Mark (he said was his name)running the place said they were closed: and couldn't give our money back after he threw the chicken away. Asked us if we wanted more chicken! We said no! We just want our money. No more food from there ever! They need to be shut down.

I redeemed my reward for signing up. Church's has a promotion going on where if you sign up for rewards you get either a free leg and thigh or 3 free tenders. I chose leg and thigh. Redeemed my reward and brought them the code to scan. The manager in the light blue button down yelling and a screamed at me telling me I'm not his customer and he don't recognize me. Idk what they got going on but they need to get it together. The lady tried to defend him saying that they getting request for free chicken everyday. Which is understandable because of the promotion....
