Worst church’s EVER. Omg I Dnt even want to drive past this place. They need to shut down ASAP

Went through drive through and was told “Sorry, we don’t have chicken”. I was trying to order their 10pc special for $12.99. So, I asked “Are y’all completely out of meat here”? She replied “We only have two pieces of chicken in here”. It was 9:25pm 12/8/2025….If I looked at the website right they don’t close until 10:30 PM. They should make enough chicken to hold them over until close. This is a chicken establishment. I find it hard to believe they only had 2 pieces of chicken in that entire store. I could see not wanting to make that order if I came at 10:15pm. But I came at 9:25 PM and there was more than enough time to make my order.It sounds like they just didn’t want to make any more chicken so they could leave exactly at 10:30pm… Or the manager Should not be managing that store if he doesn’t know how to order.

Moniv is a terrible manager. There were no calls in the line and we still managed to not get half of our order. We drove 20 mins and instead of just refunding for the items we didn’t get he hung up in our face. He wanted us to drive back up there so we can show him that they messed up. Nobody has time for that. Run me my money back is all I asked but instead he wanted to be petty and hang up. Then had a teenager to call me back instead of resolving the problem himself. All over 10.00. Church’s is a fast food establishment you get what you get but putting items in a bag shouldn’t be that hard. The resolving the matter shouldn’t be that hard either.

09/10/2025 Today, I bought 6 pieces regular fried chicken from Churches Chicken next to Taco Bell on Matlock. The chicken was raw and tasted bad. There was no seasoning, no salt, and the taste was awful. I called and told them, but they didn't even care.

Mark the Manager at thr 8106 Matlock Rd location and his Assistant were the worst ever people and should not be running a business. I placed an online order and he told me he didn't not have it, cancel it and order in person because their store is different from the website. He was extremely rude and disrespectful, arguing with me, a Manager... WOW! I see why the parking lot is always empty. He tried to make me pay again & did not give me my apple pie until I asked for it, please send new Management ASAP!!!

They had given me the wrong order even though it was very slow. The fried okra I ordered was stale and I was missing food. Didn’t realize until I had gotten home and had to drive all the way back. No compensation for the inconvenience either. Would not recommend this location unfortunately.

Went through the drive through and waited over 15 minutes. No one would take the drive through orders. The car in front of me never got their order rajen either. It wasn't busy. I even waited at the window and watched the manager who never acknowledged me. So I drove off like the car in front of me.
I haven't had churches in 15 years and I was pleasantly surprised had good flavor

No chicken tenders at all. If you dont have them fix the menu to say so. Went thru the drive thru and it was hard to understand! wont go back there!

They handed my food out to the car in front of me. I am watching The guy. He was digging in the food to see if it was all there. Handing a piece of chicken to the kid in the back seat then taking it back puts everything back in the bag hands it to the drive thru guy. And says that is not ours. They then give him another bag and he looks and leaves. The guy in the drive thru then tries to give me the bag that was passed around in the car in front of me. I said hey this bag was given to the car in front of me I saw them going through it, and passing food around in the van he said yes but he gave it back . I said I don't want that you have to make it again he said nope here . I asked for a refund he said my manager is not here it is me and my coworker.he handed the bag out and closed the window.i will be bringing it back tomorrow morning for the general manager to deal with .I will not be going back here ..

Just had Church’s Chicken and it hit the spot! The chicken was fresh and crispy, and the biscuits were amazing as always. Shoutout to the manager and staff — super friendly and on top of everything. You can tell they care. left full and happy. Definitely coming back! It’s nice to see people take pride in what they do and respect customers!
