There is no question this specific location is losing money on a daily. If you come after 6PM there is no more white meat. A place that sells chicken just refuses to fry more…Also, some people are allergic to some of the components of their gravy. You need your mashed potatoes without gravy? Forget it. They just put the gravy on all the mashed potatoes ahead of time that way they won’t have to spend an extra second serving them fresh.I am very surprised they’re even still open. Change your ways. Oh- and they don’t accept anyone inside the building either, you MUST order drive thru.

Chicken must have been cooked 8 hours or more before I ordered it.The pieces were dry and old ended up in garbage I'll never buy anything from this place.

I came to order a family meal (tenders ) at 8:07 pm they say they can’t cook after 8 but y’all close at 10pm . If y’all didn’t want to cook a 16 piece y’all should get someone that want to fry chicken !!!! HOW YALL DONT COOK AFTER 8pm

This was one of the worst drive-thru experience that I have ever had. I wish that I could rate this Church’s location 0 stars. It started with my order being taken. The older gentleman wasn’t familiar with the menu and rudely questioned what I was ordering and where did I see it listed. The Texas 2pc Feast Combo for $10.99 was featured on the menu. I wanted to order 2 additional meals and he kept giving me the total after each meal even though I clearly said in the beginning that I was ordering 3 meals.When I drove around to the window to pay, he spilled my strawberry soda everywhere and tried to hand it to me with red soda dripping from all sides. I politely asked him to wipe the cup so that I don’t get soda everywhere in my car. He acted really annoyed and huffed and puffed, slammed the window and then wiped the soda from my cup and the counter. When he handed me my food, I asked if everything was ok. He totally ignored me. There was absolutely no one in line in front of me or behind me so this wasn’t a busy night. In hindsight, I should have known that it wasn’t a good idea to come to a place that didn’t have any cars parked out front or in the drive-thru line.I checked my order before I drove off and of course items were missing. When I notified him, he threw his hands up in disgust. His behavior was totally unbelievable! He took my order wrong and I asked for the fries and the pepper that I ordered. I said that I would pay for them. He gave my fries and said my pepper was in the bag. It wasn’t. When I told him, he handed me the pepper and balled up my receipt and handed it to me.I have never experienced such poor service and rude treatment. I will NEVER go there again!

The lady with the yellow teeth in the window has terrible service. 20 cents for a sauce is absurd when I ordered chicken. Then gives me the wrong sauce. Always have terrible customer experience. 1/10 do not recommend.
