I just had dinner at Chuy's. I was part of a very large party, but the service was excellent. The food was good. Kimberly was our waitress, and she was extremely attentive. When part of my dinner fell on the floor, she went above and beyond.

The young man that served us Dee was amazing and we watched him working inside and outside. He was truly a blessing while his manager Alphonzo just chatted with one couple practically our entire meal. I truly felt bad for the staff with his management style and was blown away with how well the rest of the staff worked even with his example. Dee should be a manager or a manager in training.

The food was good; it's not the best you could find, but it has it's own charm. The restaurant has a very eclectic vibe in a old garage kinda way. It's pretty cool, but it can get pretty cramped.

Place an online order which said it would be ready at 2:50pm, showed up to pick up on time. 3 other ladies waiting for their order & nothing was ready, my order was brought out at 3:05 & it was cold!!!! They had also place the soup with the cake & that’s what got my attention bc you never place hot w/ cold tres leches cake! The sampler plate was also cold!!! I am very disappointed bc it’s one of the places I like to eat at & now I’m not satisfied!!! Chuy’s get back to serving better food!!! I will have to go home & heat up everything in order to eat it!!!😡
The servers were very friendly! The salad was fantastic! My husband had the enchiladas and said they were ok but the sauces were really good!
I loved the hubcap ceiling!

My first and last time there.
The ambiance was not what I was expecting. The waitress was okay. But she Immediately recognized my order was wrong. So, she brought out the other party's entrée and requested they replace my order. It took so long to receive my entrée that the other party was finished their food. Then the order was still wrong. I did take the order home because we had been there for a while. So, all I basically had for lunch was chips and dips.
I would not go back. Wasted time.

Food was good. Giving 4 stars due to my booth seat having a hole in it and the spring stabbed me in the hand, host didn't seem to care. Google search taco tuesday deal was not accurate so that was disappointing as well.

I had a pretty good experience at this location with my girlfriend server was great and food was good for the price and wait. My reason for the 1 star review is the management! I have worked in the food service for years and when we walked in the manager Hannah was berating the servers very loudly and saying very demeaning things to the servers that I cannot say here! We only stayed to not punish the servers from missing out on our tip. Owners or upper management need to evaluate how they train to speak to their servers and staff especially in front of customers. I would love to compliment my server from last Thursday but I do not want them to face any retaliation from the same manager! Long story short great food and service terrible management.
