Food was good. Giving 4 stars due to my booth seat having a hole in it and the spring stabbed me in the hand, host didn't seem to care. Google search taco tuesday deal was not accurate so that was disappointing as well.

I had a pretty good experience at this location with my girlfriend server was great and food was good for the price and wait. My reason for the 1 star review is the management! I have worked in the food service for years and when we walked in the manager Hannah was berating the servers very loudly and saying very demeaning things to the servers that I cannot say here! We only stayed to not punish the servers from missing out on our tip. Owners or upper management need to evaluate how they train to speak to their servers and staff especially in front of customers. I would love to compliment my server from last Thursday but I do not want them to face any retaliation from the same manager! Long story short great food and service terrible management.

Our waitress was the only pleasantry; attentive, great personality, always refilling our waters when needed. Out of the 4 bar drinks ordered (frozen and on the rocks raspberry margarita, strait skinny margarita, & classic mojito) none seemed to have any alcohol. The drinks more so tasted like syrup flavored sodas. The only food that tasted good was the chips and salsa. The steak burrito was more beans than anything. The rice seemed day(s) old, rehydrated, and bland. Upon leaving the hostesses were sitting on the floor behind the stand. Does not seem like quality is being controlled in all departments. Will not be back.

Called in order on the way to pick it up. I was about 15min.away and I was it would take 15 to 20min. I ordered Cobb salad to go with mixed chicken and beef. When I got there,I had to wait 20minutes longer. I finally asked if my order was ready from the ladies up front. One of the ladies went back to check on my order. She brought a couple of orders up. Never address me that one might be mine. She went back to the kitchen and I asked one of the ladies that was setting people to check to see if one was mine. She said one was mine think goodness. I left and I checked my food and started eating. It was only chicken No beef and not much chicken. I live over a hour away from Cheys and I wasn't going to turn around. Very disappointed in Cheys!!

Other than the flautas a I'm NOT a fan. We may have had a new waiter. He was a little confused.

I love the atmosphere; the aroma, the colors, the music, the physical and visual experience. The restaurant was clean inside and out. The seating and tables appeared to be well maintained. The friendliness of the staff. Service was great; quick and accommodating. What brought the experience down was the food. I have never been in a Chuy's that the food was not up to par. Both my husband and I chose a dish that included white meat chicken - sawdust. Overcooked. I was so hungry I didn't send it back, but are as much as I could take and left the rest. Usually I take home leftovers, but not this. We were disappointed.

Terrible service tonight, getting real real real cheap on giving out salsa 4 freaking oz for double fajitas and another entree and queso?? Really? And waited over 20 minutes when they said it would be ready while I watch 10 other people pick up in front of me and not even 1 "I'm sorry, simply f'd up???won't be coming back anytime soon. Was not even busy either. Terrible Terrible customer service

Such a far, far cry from the original Chuy's in Austin from the late 2000's. Ordered tacos and the chuychanga. Back in the day, Chuy's had the absolute best baja fish tacos that ever existed on earth. The tacos now (had to order baja shrimp because there's no more fish option) were just so disappointing. A few pieces of breaded shrimp, with pico, and the tiniest slivers of cabbage. It was just so sad to see. Even the refried beans looked burned (and they were bland) and the rice was bland. Bring back PRIDE and QUALITY to your food!! The only things that have stayed the same are the yummy creamy jalapeno and salsas. Service was great, though.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had. Service was bad over 15 minutes to get someone to get our drink order we only had queso and when we ordered to go they stated that it would Bea long wait because they had an online order to do first. NEVER EVER going back there.

Food not good, this is not real mexican food, more Tex-Mex. Not what I expected to be. Pricey, service good. Order fajitas not cook all the way no seasoning, hard as a rock. Flour tortillas over cooked.
