Everything was so amazing, as soon as I came in the cashier welcomed me with “hi welcome to cicis” and so did the other workers today, everyone was so friendly and they had really good fresh pizza as well as cinnamon rolls, and when I left they all said “bye thank you”. I WILL be coming here again with my kids 😊!

My family and I went during lunch hour. The place was busy. I like that the staff was quick to refill any empty pizza/cheese bread trays so there would be more variety to choose from. My nephew wanted plain cheese pizza, but there wasn't any on the line, so the worker brought him a personal size cheese pizza.

None of the pizza was fresh.The chocolate bring back dessert was horrible.Nothing like it used to be period manager is hustling employees are standing around. Like it was busy and all the pizzas were cold.Stop making pizzas too early.Make them when you get busy. Even if you did there's something weird about the pizza dough

use to be our favorite place to go eat pizza not anymore. Rude employees and manager. Food is cold and dried out. salad looks wilted. I miss the good days when Saul was manager. He treated everyone good and made sure fresh pizza and salad was always available.
Not once. Not twice but 3 times they have messed my pizza order. The absolute worst place to go if you want to go in and out!! They will make the wrong pizza and make you wait another 20 min. You’re better off getting your pizza from dominos.

The manager is so rude he accused my family in Spanish of not paying just because I was standing at the register to pay fory family and they went ahead of me he assumed I didn't speak Spanish I felt violated and discriminated against
