The Store Manager (with her hair in a bun and apron on ) is such a sweetheart. She’s kind to me when I come in for lunch. I came in for Veterans Day, she showed me A-1 customer service.

Everything was so amazing, as soon as I came in the cashier welcomed me with “hi welcome to cicis” and so did the other workers today, everyone was so friendly and they had really good fresh pizza as well as cinnamon rolls, and when I left they all said “bye thank you”. I WILL be coming here again with my kids 😊!

My family and I went during lunch hour. The place was busy. I like that the staff was quick to refill any empty pizza/cheese bread trays so there would be more variety to choose from. My nephew wanted plain cheese pizza, but there wasn't any on the line, so the worker brought him a personal size cheese pizza.
