Went here for the 5.99 deal they have showed them my coupon. Had a two year old with me. Price came out to 11 almost 12 dollars. Ask the cash register guy is it this price he said because of drinks. I told him I dont want any drinks just water. He then proceeds to tell me that he already put it in the system. Expecting me to pay for something I do not want. I looked at him and left the location we waited almost 8 minutes in line to eat which is fine. But to make me pay for something that I do not want is ridiculous. The price was wayyyy off too. Took my two year old and went to another cicis and they only charge us $7 dollars with tip.
I called the first cicis they told me to call back in 7 minutes for the manger. Waited 20 minutes to call back and I was on hold for 7 minutes. Ridiculous location never coming back. The kid at the front seems like he wants to cause distress to people that day. Going to try to call again it seems like he just leaves the phone there so I can listen to them work and people eating. Liek I’m on some customer service line listening to elavator music

This is the only Cicis location that I have ever visited that provides Daniel's level of service. Therefore, this is MY Cicis. Thank you Daniel!
