Daniel was very nice! I ordered cheesy bread, and he even offered marinara with my order. I tried it, and it was really good. He really gave a good customer service experience, and it was really refreshing!

This is my 2nd time coming to this cici’s with my family. We always feel welcomed here especially by the manager. He’s so nice to us . All the other staff is very nice as well. Everything is clean and the food was great!

Nice clean CiCis in South East Arlington. The salad bar was well stocked and very clean. The Staff was nice and friendly. The atmosphere was as expected. We’ve been to this CiCis a couple of times before and it is always a good experience.

I don’t know if she was a manager. Her name was leticia and we did not feel welcomed by her attitude. Food could of been better. The cleaning person who came by to pick up our plates was actually very sweet and had a great customer service.

The food was very delicious, the place very clean and the people very friendly and attentive.
It's been several years since we ate at Cici's and it hasn't changed a bit, which is good. It's a good thing to get what you expect. I was very surprised at how fresh and crispy the salad lettuce was. Great salad. The multi pizza selections and dessert were just right.
Everything was still fresh and the place was completely empty. Better than most cicis I’ve been too!

The pizza stays out for a very long time, and becomes stale. There was a pizza that has been out for a long time, and I stayed here for about 2 hours and the workers did not change the pizza even thought they knew. Another thing, a woman asked for a personal pizza to be made, but when making the request, the workers did hear her ask for the pizza but did not make it so she had to ask for a second time.
