Service was A1. The Manager, Heber, makes you feel welcomed as soon as you come in, even after you get your food. You can tell they are happy to work there & for people to come dine in. 10/10 experience, just for that!
Nice and clean buffet. The manager was paying more attention to her phone than the customers the whole time. She had toIssue us a refund because she wasn't paying attention to what we were saying because she was talking on the phone having a private conversation. Other than that everything was great!

We come here often day was by far the worst cucumbers, tomatoes, pickles, and all other veggies for the most part salad bar were old, as well as a pizza was old asked for a fresh one, and still tasted terrible. Don’t know if the oven is on high and over cooked.

All the pizza's out were there a long time. One tasted stale. Went to the bar three times and the same pizza's. Very limited selection. Several pizzas had curled pepperoni that had yellow edges. Wife got a lemonade and it was just water. Bit Into what I thought was a spinach pizza to find it was an anchovie pizza..so gross. Not a good experience.

My family of 4 arrived & paid at 8:56pm. They close at 10pm but the pizza was not fresh and they were not making any new ones they also started putting up all the salad stuff at 9:15. I asked why are they putting up so early, and they said they start putting up at the time. They also still had serveral other customers coming in… We definitely did not get our moneys worth!!!! Will not be back to this location.

Worst CiCi’s experience ever. The place was trashed out, two of the lights were flickering (strobe effect). Tables were crammed in so tight that you couldn’t scoot your chair back.Some of the pasta had petrified. The pizza was the skimpiest I’ve seen at CiCi’s. There was barely any sauce or cheese and the crust was thin enough that it was completely crunchy. The cinnamon bread barely had any icing.There was no trash can at the drink station to dispose of straw wrappers. Even the token dispenser for the arcade was not working.We have been here before and it was good. I have no idea what happened.
