Respectfully I don’t come to Cicis for the food, my BF just really likes it. HOWEVER, this is my second time and these employees are super nice! There’s some Chic-Fil-A level service going on here. Long story short I’ll be back against my will but I’m not mad because the service is great.

The absolute best cicis ive ever been to! The customer service was GRADE A They actually act like they enjoy their jobs unlike 99% of cicis out there. They clear your plates for you, offer to make any recommended pizzas. They kept all pizzas fresh on the buffet, and the restaurant was also kept very clean!
We come to the Cici’s on Little Road often, and they always treat us so well. But this visit really stood out—we came in late the night before Thanksgiving, and the whole team was still incredibly kind, patient, and on top of everything. The food was fresh, the place was clean, and everyone went above and beyond even at the end of a long day. Truly a great crew and a great location.

Met some friends for lunch here. There was a High School lunch rush, but the staff kept things moving smoothly and with a smile. They still took our requests for fresh pizza, with my friend ordering the Maccaroni pizza. It was hot and fresh, and a change of flavors for the regular pizza goers. Give it a chance next time you're here.

This is by far the best customer service in the area that I’ve been to. The atmosphere is always great and every single employee are exceptional. Come feeling hungry but you leave feeling full from both quality food and most of all connection as if you just left your grandparents Sunday dinner.
