This place was nasty the Flores.Nasty trash can nasty fridge is nasty and roaches.Whatever bugs was everywhere, smell nasty.It's just horrible all the way it need some attentions

I just experienced really bad service. They didn’t speak when we walked in. I had to say hello are y’all open , wasn’t greeted. They were not friendly at all , I had to tell them are they available to take my order. This was unacceptable. The Mansfield location never treats me that way.

This place has gone down hill bad. It's unsanitary, dirty, no one uses gloves and the smell is horrible. We went they didn't have much ice cream or toppings and they are all just sitting on the counters not doing anything. I would not recommend anyone go there untill they fix all their problems.

This location just keep getting worse and worse every time my husband and I go. Yesterday after I ordered my ice cream I asked for a lid because I wanted to take my it home. The young lady said ok and proceeded to look for a large lid, the whole time she was looking for a lid she was walking around with my bowl of ice cream, she would walk to the back and then walk back to the front with it, she grabbed a spoon, she went to the back and spoke to her co- workers and no one could seem to find a large lid, she finally sat my ice cream down with the spoon to continue to ask for a large lid, when she came back to the front she stuck the spoon in my ice cream that she had been carrying around and told me sorry “we’re out of large lids” I asked for a different container again she said “sorry” I told her why can’t we just put it in a different container, I am not ready to eat it. She said “ No we can’t, I’m sorry “. Another young lady came out I explained the situation, she gave me a container however the lid didn’t match the container she gave me. I asked another young lady and she said here it’s this one and walked away. The worst trip to the ice shop ever! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! All over a lid. Nobody wanted to help me get a lid for my ice cream.

Visited this location with a few friends at 9:45pm on 10/26/24. The person who served me, a younger woman, was very kind and pleasant.

However, my friend was unsatisfied with her ice cream and requested a refund. The manager said they wouldn’t be able to do that for her. When I went back to try to advocate for her and ask why we wouldn’t be able to do a refund, the manager of the establishment- a younger man with star tattoos above his ear- said he could do it if we reached into the garbage can to retrieve the ice cream. I asked him for gloves and napkins and he provided them, we gave him the ice cream back and he took it with his bare hands and proceeded to serve other customers without washing his hands.

Not sure why they would ask us to dig through the trash to give them back a full cup of ice cream just for them to throw it away anyway, but it was incredibly demeaning and a bit sadistic if you ask me. I will be calling to submit a complaint to management about this- it was just gross and ridiculous.

The worst run cold stone I’ve ever been in.

Went in the middle of the day at 3 for an afterschool snack with my kiddos, only to find the doors locked. Weird because all the lights were on and hours on the door said 12-10pm. Strange and disappointed. I know staff is short. If the store has to suddenly close a sign should be posted at least.

I went today for my 37th birthday. The person who made my Mint mint chocolate chocolate chip went over and beyond. It really brought my day together.

Upon entering around 6:15 this evening, several dirty napkins lay on the floor, dirty crumpled napkin on counter in front of cashier, only one clean table inside. Bathroom out of order. Three employees in the stock room talking. Only 2 employees working out front. Only 1 responsible employee, Ms. Eroni, came from behind the counter after helping customers and started cleaning the front area. She had the initiative to do what needed to be done. HURRAY for an excellent employee!!!!

Owners/Management, please replay video footage and watch employees sit on counter tops waiting for guests to come in. How can you not have waffle cones. Had no choice but to get a waffle bowl that was stale.

I came here with some family from out of town and we couldn’t sit at the tables and chair were so dirty. when we ask the stuff to clean it, brandon/ braiden(not sure of the pronunciation) clean the the chairs and refuse to clean the table. so he clean the chairs and leave the tables dirty, and said “oh no is just ice cream”. All 5 tables in the establishment were dusting dirty

Few min after, he came out again since he saw our discomfort and that we he’s name and ask if it was any problem so we explain our discomfort and a really bad actitud he’s answer was that they have a set time of when they have to do their chores and that wasn’t the time and the was serving. we said yes but we just trying to enjoy or ice cream in a clean table and you wasn’t even busy it was like 6-8 employees and just 3 were busy he left and leave us taking bad our selves again, with the worse actitudes.

We request the manager this time cause the way he come out to confront us wasn’t okey and they said that it wasn’t one up there

I use to come here all the time and just take my ice cream home but the fact that we ask to clean the tables and he still refuse to do it it make me thing about what else the employes are doing when they clean up or managing the Ice cream.

So disappointing!!!

when i walked in there was a nasty smell. when i went to order there were 4 workers standing infront of me talking. me and my bf waiting 5 mins before they took out order because they wouldn’t stop talking. then when it came time for my toppings i had said what i wanted twice and they were to busy talking to each other to hear what i wanted. they were supper nice but i think they should pay more attention to the customers then there coworkers.

Overall the ice cream was good. I got the cheesecake chocolate mix ice cream.
