I do not know how they passed health inspections. They do not even wear hair nets that’s why I found a hair in my food. I did not even want to go off on them so I asked my friend to go get a new one and she got the wrong flavor and now they have an attitude and her name was BETSY. They need to add hairnets into their next sets of inventory and check their customer service. And has the audacity to say I can’t remake it OK maybe you should wear a hairnet so you wouldn’t have to remake it.
Complete scam. I placed and order for 3 different things and paid in advance. They did not have two out of three of the items I ordered. They kept my money, whatever lady that works closing shift on 12/11/25 was extremely rude and refused my refund, refused to contact customer support to inform them I did not get what I paid for, refused to connect me with a supervisor and refused to give me her name. I am livid because who wants their hard earned money stolen. No compensation, no solution at all. I was told that’s not her problem it’s mine. Now they have $63 of my money and didn’t have to give me anything in return. It’s not even worth the trouble. Get your ice cream from somewhere else. The kicker is, this was my first time doing business here and definitely my last.
I stopped by Cold Stone Creamery recently and had a mixed experience. The employee working was very kind and patient, which I really appreciated. I ordered a chocolate ice cream for myself that was great, but my mom ordered a smoothie that unfortunately wasn’t made well at all. It had very large ice chunks throughout, making it hard to drink. The worker actually had to leave the shop to go get more ice just to finish making it, and even then the texture wasn’t smooth.
I’m giving credit to the employee for her attitude and customer service, but the smoothie quality definitely needs improvement. Hopefully they can fix the consistency issue because the service itself was good.
Ice cream was great and Carson provided amazing service 🤩 Coworker Josh kept winking at another customer. What a funny guy LOL. 10/10 experience. would go back any time. 🍦
Worst costumers service
They never have the choco taco in stock, never have other ice cream in stock, plus They’re charging almost double for the choco taco compared to the one in Grand Prairie.
Driving all the way to Grand Prairie sucks but that location has less expensive food, way better service, food in stock, better location, and better experience.
Literally worst 10 minutes I have spent in there. My friends and I only went in to use the bathroom, get water and ice cream. My friend got her ice cream then my other friend went to the bathroom, so we were waiting for her. Then I just wanted to get a water bottle, already at the front. So I am literally there waiting at the front, the girl is taking two customers, that’s fine I wait and I let them pay out first even though I was there first. Then 4 guys come in after I’m already at the front cashier WAITING. Then the blond girl that works there immediately goes off to help them as if I hadn’t been standing there for 5 mins just for a water bottle. Then the other worker with red dreads was doing the same thing. I get it, we’re a group of teens, but we genuinely were not doing anything wrong. We could’ve been out of there in 2 mins if they had just come to the front and checked me out. You can even check on the cameras and see how long I was waiting at the front, I was waiting there around 9:30 or earlier. I have glasses and a brown shirt on. Please work on your customer service skills no matter the issue. This will not get you a better job.
That root beer ice cream was so good and the cashier was so nice

Upon entering the door, there is an overwhelming odor of sour milk, which leads you to believe they are sloppy/dropping ice cream and not cleaning it up off the floor.
It was my birthday and my husband took me to get some ice cream, we had not been here in about six months. After we were slapped in the face with the stench, we should’ve left, but we were already committed at that point.
Half of the canisters that previously held toppings, etc., are empty. They were unable to make what I wanted because they “ do not carry coconut at this location anymore “ (?)
They were unable to make what my husband wanted because they had no banana.
We both made our second choice, we both ordered “like its size” I was handed and charged for a “love it”size. when I pointed this out to the young lady, she said “you must have told us you wanted a “ regular size”.. to which I told her no, I did not. I ordered “like a size”. I have been to cold stone at least 50 times and understand how to order. Without a doubt will never step foot in this establishment again as it was nasty, and the people working did not exactly exude friendliness.
This place needs to be shut down for a week and deep cleaned top to bottom. Take down all of the extra signage and your homemade “card payments only“ signage and level up to the brand you represent. I asked the young lady if this establishment is about to close down because it felt like they are trying very hard to run customers away.
I have zero hope that an owner or manager will read this but if they do, I hope they take action.
The customer service was unprofessional. I had my ice cream tossed onto the counter with no care because one of the employees was making it about himself and couldn’t cooperate with my order.

The staff of very helpful and wonderful! Ice cream was delicious even tho It is a bit expensive, all very worth it though!
Came today with a friend and got a Brookie cone and my friend got Reese’s with awesome sauce. When we got to the register, the employees were all busy making ice cream and taking care of the other customers in line. We didn’t get checked out for almost 10 minutes and my ice cream started melting, while we waited. Thankfully, when I asked for a cup to put the cone in, one of the employees finally paid attention to us and gave me the cone and received our payment. My friend said their lack of customer service was unacceptable.
Great place, nice people
I’ve been coming to this Cold Stone for years, but it’s seriously gone downhill. The restrooms are always dirty—like, not just once in a while, but every time I visit. What’s worse is the ceiling above the ice cream bar… absolutely disgusting. Covered in dust and who-knows-what, like it hasn’t been cleaned in years. Makes you wonder if a health inspector has ever stepped foot in here. It’s gross, and honestly, it kills your appetite. Do better.
Very friendly, helpful during ordering. Good amount of seating.
