I was there Sunday night. I honestly never carry cash or card anymore. I usually pay everywhere with my cellphone. My sister told me about this place and I wanted to go check it out since my wife loves ice cream. I love in duncanville so this location was kinda close to my house so I went and I order 2 one for me and one for my wife and obviously looked delicious so i started eating it and when I was about to pay a girl told Me it was only cash or card. I felt bad about it but there was nothing I could do I told her I didn't have cash or my card. I asked if I could send money thru the app Zelle or something and they said no. I asked for a manager cause I mean I wanted to pay and enjoy my ice cream. Someone came up to me and said If I didn't have a way to pay I had to throw it away and couldn't eat it anymore. I told both of the workers that it was my first time there, that I came to try it out for the first time, that I wanted to have something special for my wife and that I came all the way from Duncanville and they still told me the same thing that no money I had to just toss it. A lady behind me told them that she would pay for my ice cream. I was surprised and embarrassed that He wanted to pay for my ice cream. Managers and workers didn't care and she paid for me. I just think they could have handle it better. It's not like my order was a lot of money. Made me feel bad and I just wanted to share it. I been a manager before and I just think they need to get some management training. Lady was awesome I gave her one of my business cards so she could get in touch with me and pay her back. Ice cream was delicious just not happy about customer service. All situations need to be handled different.

Came here and as we entered I was told by the employee that some of the ice cream were more melted than others. I asked which ones and he wasn’t sure. When it was time to pay I asked the employee if they have Apple Pay to which he replied no and proceeded to mention that apple charges 30%. Amazing ice cream and amazing service. You can just feel the good energy when you walk in! Every employee was smiling and happy to help us. We stayed for quite a while and I was just so impressed with how well-run this store was. We will be back! :)

Came to this location and ordered the cheesecake fantasy. The guy that prepared did a very poor job. Wasn’t paying attention and forgot to add the Graham Cracker Pie Crust. So disappointing, paying so much for a small ice cream and not getting what I actually wanted. Pay attention to what you are doing please.

Me and my brother went for the first time. We stopped in because I had a birthday treat and wanted something sweet. When we walked in no one greeted us at all with a welcome in or anything and staff were talking to each other like they didn’t see us. We waited standing there awkwardly waiting for a person to come and serve us. So that wasn’t the best experience. Me and my brother couldn’t even finish the small cups because we couldn’t enjoy them they had way too many mini chocolate chips in them for our sensitive teeth and I couldn’t taste any of the cookies that was supposed to be in my Oreo overload ice cream, ironic isn’t it? Me and my brother won’t be coming back any time soon we both didn’t enjoy ourselves but I gave it a 3 star rating because maybe some people will enjoy it but we didn’t. Review the place for yourself it’s really just to taste.

Wow I asked for a large sweet cream with pecan almond and Graham cracker. I asked for extra toppings and expressed the willingness to pay and tip. The young lady said her manager wouldn't allow it However their not there. I said oh u never heard that before. She said yea because it's highway robbery. I Politely asked her to stop and walked out. 12/7/23 3:15pm terrible experience won't be back

I wish the owner Tim Moriarty paid me for the two weeks of work I did for him in 2019. I also wish he didn’t leave 24 year old employees nasty voice messages when they quit their job. I also wish his wife Kelly gave me my mom’s birthday off when I asked for it off three months in advance. I mostly wish Tim didn’t take advantage of my labor and naivety when I was 19 and paid me the money I was owed.
