I have always loved Colter’s and was happy to find one not too far from me. This location is terrific, the food is really good, the restaurant is cute and really clean, and the staff is friendly. This is our new favorite barbecue spot in town.
Been awhile since I've been back here, and it didn't disappoint. The brisket and link sausage were very good. The Mac & Cheese needed more cheese than Mac. The Cole Slaw was very good. I picked up a Mac Salad before realizing they brought out the Mac & Cheese from the back, the server said I could keep the Mac Salad, even though the 2 meat plate only comes with 2 sides.
