Cooper Street Bakery went above and beyond for my husband’s birthday cake this year. I gave them a theme I was interested in and I asked if I could pick it up a day and a half later and they told me they would make it happen. I assumed it would just be an icing decorated cake but instead they blew me away by putting an edible paper picture of the exact theme I was talking about. It was perfect! I love this bakery! My mom used to get me red velvet cake from here for my birthdays growing up and it was always the best and now I get my husband’s birthday cakes from here and every year they are delicious!

The ladies here made me a custom cake on short notice, that turned out perfectly! Super friendly, easy to text or call. Quick friendly pick up! Totally recommend, get what you pay for with a bakery, don't go cheap!! Totally worth it and still comparable prices to other bakeries.

Tammy and her team are very pleasant and provide great customer service. Their cakes are also really good and tasted amazing. The reason for my four-star rating is that my wedding cake arrived cracked at the venue. An employee (who I won’t name) mentioned she tried to fix it before leaving, but unfortunately, the cake began sliding off the bottom layer shortly after setup. We had to cut the cake right after our grand entrance to prevent it from collapsing. Thankfully, my maid of honor noticed it just in time — otherwise, the whole cake would’ve ended up on the floor.

Overall loved everything. My daughter had strawberry shortcake theme cake and it turned out beautifully. She loves everything!! I made a request to change the flavor they said it was too late but we cut the cake and seen half and half! I was very surprised very happy and very grateful for everything. Service was okay I didn't understand the fee I was supposed to give I do apologize but overall everything was good 👍😊

Don't do it!
We gave Cooper Street Bakery TWO tries within this month and both times we were disappointed. The first was for my 28 year old daughter's birthday. The cake was decorated nothing like she asked for. They offered to re-do it while she waited. She agreed and the cake turned out pretty, but tasted dry and old. The second time was for my husband's 60th birthday. We wanted a Dallas Cowboy theme and chose a picture off of their website for them to go by. The only change was to make it as sheet cake instead of round. The lady I talked to assured us it wouldn't be a problem. To be sure they understood what we wanted we sent a picture of the cake from their website and a diagram of what we wanted. I am attaching all three pictures so you all can see exactly what we got. I called to speak to the manager after my daughter left to express how disappointed we were with the whole experience. She (Tammy) immediately told me that I approved it and couldn't get a refund because my daughter called me on the phone while she was there and had left. Keep in mind I hadn't even asked for a refund, I was just calling to let her know what happened. I then got even more upset by how she was speaking to me. I told her that we would never be back and that I would be sure to tell everyone I know about our experience with them. About an hour later I looked at my phone to find a text message from Tammy. She had sent the text a little bit after we'd hung up but I didn't see it until later, saying that she would give me a refund for the cake if I wanted to bring it back. I don't know why she simply didn't just call me back to tell me this. I assume she wanted something in writing. Nevertheless, we kept the cake but we were ashamed to bring it out at the party so we held it back until it was time to blow out the candles. We hoped it would AT LEAST taste good. Nope, not at all, the cake had a dry crumbly texture like that of cornbread. Never again. Order at your own risk!

They came through for a custom smash cake for my baby girl last minute and it was beautiful and delicious!! The owner Tammy was so kind, and went above and beyond to make this happen for a new customer. Her communication with me was awesome. The design couldn’t have come out better. It was so cute, exactly what we were looking for. When I went to pick up the cake, their team was so kind and friendly. I had a positive interaction from start to finish with everyone on their team. The decorator and everyone here knocked this out of the park. One little detail too, it was so affordable. Thank you all, I will definitely be returning. The cake flavor was strawberry with vanilla icing and I couldn’t stop eating it. The parts that my daughter didn’t smash of course:)
