The food here is always made from scratch and tastes excellent. The service today from Sheldon was Outstanding !!! He is really a great server - from menu suggestions to tea refills to desert recommendations - he was absolutely on his game today. Thank You Sheldon !!

We like this Cotton Patch that is fairly close to our home in South Arlington Texas. The food has always been great. You always see a manager and/or a manager will come to your table. Unfortunately my party & I wasn't able to enjoy a meal at this establishment. I went to the restroom to freshen up. While in the mens restroom, an employee came in and used the restroom. While I, a customer was drying my hands after washing them. I observed the employee washing his hands. My issue came with the employee washing his hands with gloves on. Which means I heard him urinating with those sames gloves on. I saw him washing his hands (I mean gloves) with those same gloves. He ran water inside the gloves as I watched him with disgust and confusion. He then dried his GLOVES, walked out of the restroom, and went back into the kitchen. I called the manager and reported what I witnessed and informed him that we would not be dining or eating any food from this business. Be cautious ⚠️ .

Went to Cotton Patch this past weekend, got seated, table was very sticky. Waiter finally came after 10 minutes waiting got our drink order we asked for cornbread for an appetizer, Waiter told us they were out and it would take 25 minutes to make us a batch. So we opted for just drinks, no coke products only Pepsi. Asked Waiter for a rag to clean table. Waiter never came with rag or drinks. Another waitress pass by asked her for a rag. She brought one cleaned the table. While the people that got seated after us got their drinks and appetizers. We still hadn't gotten our drinks. After waiting for over 30 minutes for drinks, mind you not even busy or packed. We got up went to host to ask for a manager, girl went to kitchen never came back nor a manager came. We waited for another 10 minutes. Service was so bad over all. Will never go back. Cotton Patch do better!
