First of all Missy gave us great service. She was very attentive. Now, the food was not as good as usual. The scrambled eggs were runny, the bacon was raw and the hash brown casserole was dry and crumbly. We ordered some of the take home meals and after we waited a while was told they were out of what we ordered. It was lunch time and they were out of corn bread. Left disappointed, but Missy was taking care of half the restaurant on her own.. She was on point.

Came in for dinner. There were maybe a hand full of tables. We patiently waited to be sitted. Our server came took our drink orders and my son order. Left then came back to take our orders for dinner. No drinks in hand. We figured oh he forgot and would come back. We waited 30 mins no drinks and finally another server came up and asked if we been helped. Finally a manger came out but then it was too late. We were ready to go. We had servers walking past and didn't ask if we needed anything. I would have understand if it was a busy night or the middle of a dinner rush. It was super slow. There was no need for us to wait 25 mins for a drink . I can only imagine how long our food would have taken.

I love cracker barrel but I think I am done with them after today. My kids and I placed our order and sat patiently as we waited for our food. The waitress came by a couple of times and said the kitchwn was still working on our order I said that is fine. I began to notice others that came in after us getting their food while we sat waiting. An hour passed only for the waitress to tell me the order was voided and the kitchen never received it smh.

If I could give 0 stars I would! I legit sat there for 15 minutes before even created by the server when he finally came he took my drink order and rushed us to order everything, drinks, appetizer and meal at at the same time. 20 minutes later still nothing to drink. I walked out and left. This place has the worst servers in the industry.

Everything is always ok with the exception of ordering food to go. Its happened the only 2 times I've ordered. You guys advertise blueberry pancakes and we get them when we dine in but when we want to order take out, I never get the blueberry pancakes I order. In my opinion, take out orders are just as important as dine-in.

I had the pork chops , really tough not as tender as I would have liked. I also had loaded mash potatoes that came out cold I informed my waitress who did not bring out a hot and fresh batch , humm.
The Mac N Cheese was great along with the peach lemonade!
If I return maybe I'll get the chicken fried steak . . .

Service is terrible. We sat down and waited 15 minutes before someone decided to come and take the order for our drinks. Another waitress must of seen my frustration and she came to ask if we had been helped to which I said NO. Finally our waitress comes "Abrianna R" is the name on the receipt. She never came to ask if we were okay and never refilled my husband's coffee. We had to keep asking for refill of the coffee and had to wait a thousand years for it to happen. We had to wait a long time to get a to go box and the receipt. Food was okay not like usual, but I think it's because by the time we had gotten service I was already upset. The whole time we were there other people that came after us were served and greeted properly. Also the long nails the waitress had are disgusting and those nails prevented her from grabbing the plates and cups properly. When she brought our plate it almost slipped out of her hand.

Not sure what they have done to their cooking, but wow. Went from ho-hum to flat out bland. Had my regular turkey dressing, and sweet potatoes - as did 3 others at my table. Two of us scraped it into a to-go box for my dogs - almost the whole thing. The sliced turkey and gravy was the best part - but really did not have any flavor. The dressing was beyond bland, no taste whatsoever. The sweet potatoes had the consistency of water with pecans thrown in. Loved the biscuit and jam. Shopped a little. Please don't make me go back. Our waiter was a prize. Sweetest young man. Did not complain to him because there was nothing he could do to fix the flavor. However, as usual, the lady at the check-out counter was sully and rude. But, I expect that lately. Atmosphere was typical Cracker Barrel chain.

We love Cracker Barrel, but they are majorly understaffed and not sure that the kitchen can keep up with the people. The service was terrible. She never brought creamer and left trash on the table that we neatly put in a corner for her to pick up. We will rethink going there when that busy. We waited 3 hours to eat.

Very slow and pour service. The night manager was no help. The food was very cold, the manager made excuses for the server and the food. I will not go back.

Terrible experience. Brought parents for lunch. Was not busy yet took about 10 min to be sat down and close to 30 minutes to get our food. Got my country fried steak that was similar to what i get from Costco, which is tastier because I was served one that was microwaved and rubbery, extremely thick gravy, hard muffins. Just don't know why they are going downhill. 😞

The server was not knowledgeable of the food they serve it seemed. She was giving me the wrong information. We had to request for the cornbread after they brought out the food already. Usually it is served soon after we place our orders. The food was cold including the cornbread. And we usually enjoy the hashbrown casserole but this time it was not great.
