Some reason or another, when you order you food it is never hot when it comes to the table. For instance I order pan cakes eggs bacon, sausage etc all of it was room temperature; the butter didn’t spread over the “freshly “ make pancake. You don’t want to send it back cause that more drama. I went to this location because the other location in Arlington stopped carrying cornbread. I'm not sure why this decision was made, but you can't eat home cooking without the proper bread.Nevertheless, I'm so glad they added catfish back to the menu. The food is always great; not matter what you order!

Ask for scrambled eggs and got runny eggs twice The third time the manager scorched the eggs and was proud of the hideous appearance Surely it isn’t hard to make scrambled eggs without raw patches of slime No discount either Totally unreasonable experience Won’t be back

There is a manager there named KB. She’s is rude, and has the nastiest attitude. Does not sit back and listen to a complaint or asking for assistance. Instantly cut my conversation short.For Cracker Barrel pressing and stressing about having top level customer service is a big disappointment…Would not recommend being an employee there if you want to feel heard and understood. KB only cares about her position.
