Tried new dish. Small chicken breast cheese was a bit burnt. Mac and cheese. Was dry had a piece of plastic in it. My first bad experience in 5 plus years at this Cracker Barrel.

This is our favorite place; we usually eat here, and we always love it. The pancakes are delicious. We were here today, but the service was terrible. We literally had to ask for everything. Alexia, who served us, had to be asked for everything, and when she brought things, she practically threw them on the table. We understand that it was lunchtime and a little busy, but as customers, we also expect good service. We even had to wait 15 minutes just to order coffee. My husband ordered extra pancakes, and she never brought them. We hope we don't have this bad experience again.

My husband and I tried the new breakfast burger. And it was delicious. The burger was cooked perfectly, the egg that was placed on top of the burger, was cooked correctly. Our waitress was very attentive without being bothersome. It made for a very nice evening.
