I ordered chicken fried chicken with salad and Mac and cheese and fries The chicken was still cold and wasn’t fully cooked The salad just had huge chucks of lettuce and just a bunch of bacon stuck together The waiter took forever to come

So, I went to eat with my son and his girlfriend. The waiter was great!!!. There was a hair cooked into the strawberry pancakes. I told the waiter and he told the manager and he said just make more. Didn't come to the table at all. Like it's normal to have hair in your food. I told the waiter. I would like to just pay for bacon, eggs, and orange juice. I was shocked the manager didn't even come to the table. The waiter was great!!!, but the manager was unconcerned. Make sure if you go there is no hair in your food.

The kitchen was incredibly slow. I was told that they lost a lot of kitchen employees, as is a problem now across all restaurants. The manager was even having to cook.

We arrived only to be greeted by a man who didn't want to be at work. He was too busy trying to tell us what to do when he arrived at our table. He also had an attitude whenever I said the word water. The place was so loud that I had to raise my voice to tell him what I wanted even though the rest of the table heard me the first time. After we placed our order we had to ask for our food several times. The food came out cold so it had been waiting on the prep line for some time. The waiters never asked how we were doing we always had to flag someone down. We've eaten here before and received the same type of service, but we thought we give them another try. That won't be happening again.

Better than the one in Burleson we drive extra 10 miles just to go to this location in Arlington
