Food was cold, not room temperature but cold. Instead of remaking the hash brown tots they microwaved them which made them mushy. The third try was better but then other food came out cold. The server was training and it wasn’t busy but she still wasn’t attentive at all

Food was amazing... service was slow. took 15 min just for a waiter to show up at table. And another 10 min for drinks.. will go again hopefully get a waiter that can manage.

There is a manager there named KB. She’s is rude, and has the nastiest attitude. Does not sit back and listen to a complaint or asking for assistance. Instantly cut my conversation short.For Cracker Barrel pressing and stressing about having top level customer service is a big disappointment…Would not recommend being an employee there if you want to feel heard and understood. KB only cares about her position.

They are good dine in but dont do carry out. Food was cold, bad service from all 3 ladies in front. Made me feel dumb and were condescending. "Excuse me maam where do i pick up my order" check by the window ! Excuse me maam im here for my order. " u gotta pay for it first ! I did pay maam, oh yea here ya go. Only gave me one little bottle of syrup. Never ordering out again only doing dine in.

The service was great. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food is very delicious and different compared to any other restaurant. It's very old fashioned with the taste of home cooking, I loved it. The prices are very affordable compared to restaurants nowadays and they have better quality! To top it off they have an awesome gift shop that'll get you busy with items you can't find in other stores. If you haven't been, I recommend going ??
