My famiy and I came here because it’s local and black owned. We love supporting black owned businesses. The staff is friendly and attentive but Unfortunately we were veryyyyyy underwhelmed and honestly unsatisfied with the food we received. We ordered about $200 worth of food (6 people). To start all the food was not seasoned properly. The only seasoning WE all tasted was black pepper on ALL THE plates. Food needs salt. The oxtail plate was 90% fat and rice seemed to be a mushy...
Just got done with my brisket plate. Very good. Nice smoke flavor and the sauce was excellent. Did standard potato salad and beans and both were good as well. Cool place and would recommend.
This is a baked potato with BBQ meat. It is delicious...so good! This was my first visit and I would definitely recommend this place. Very friendly, good customer service, & amazing food!!
