D Smith Restaurant never disappoints! The food is always fresh, hot, and cooked to perfection. You can tell the cook puts a lot of care and effort into every dish it truly shows through the flavor and quality.
The wings are a must try! They're seasoned perfectly and cooked just right crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside. I’m usually not a big fan of catfish because of the strong, fishy taste, but D Smith's catfish is different. It’s well-seasoned, mild, and actually really good!
This place is definitely worth a visit if you’re looking for delicious, home cooked food made with passion.

Why is it that when called order in ahead of time we still have wait? They don't start your order until you arrive & the fish is always burned. This used to be a great place for fish & chicken ... Went downhill fast.

Me and my sister came to this restaurant. It's SO GOOD the fish is batter with corn meal it's all cooked made TO ORDER YES!! Chicken is like your granny made it nice and season and flaky. AND they not stingy with the fries.

The customer service was excellent. We were greeted, and not rushed. The bag had plenty of condiments. AND AGAIN ITS ALL FRESH AND HOT MADE TO ORDER. Go get your hot plate.

The food was so good, we forgot to take pictures. My friends and I ordered fried fish, loaded fries, and regular fried chicken wings and hot lemon pepper chicken wings. Everything was fresh, fried perfectly, and well seasoned!

Ordered on Uber eats thought the mac and cheese steak and shrimp was going to go hard. The Mac taste like dish soap and the steak was dry. Fish was Very good. So was the peach cobbler man the Oreos fried was good lol... Hush puppies was good. Fries was great. But that Mac wasn't what I fantasied about. Could have just had a bad day. Idk... But definitely go try it

This shrimp is old. It's like they cooked it 2 days ago. I got the Mac and cheese with a shrimp and crab. The crab was cold like straight out of the fridge. The Mac and cheese was so overcooked that the noodles were falling apart and burnt in places. I got the combo plate and the fish was so overcooked and dried out. It was almost jerky. The shrimp was nasty and the fries were cold and soggy.

Misled! I ordered a 2 piece catfish dinner. The food was hot but it was not catfish, I believe it was Swai which I’m not a fan of at all. I took it back and told/showed them it was not catfish, they did offered me something else which I declined. I told them to trash the 2 piece I had bought because I couldn’t not eat it. They were nice and friendly.

I called my order in and an adjustment was made on my order without my consent. I did not want the dessert that was given as an adjustment or I would have ordered that. Secondly, the customer service is horrible! If I can give it a NEGATIVE ZERO for customer service I would.

The lady that was at the front was not a good person to give people their orders. I had to ask for forks, napkins and condiments and she gave 1 fork for several items that require a fork.

3rd, the fish was not Catfish. Not sure what type of fish it was, but it is advertised as catfish. The macaroni was watered down and awful. For what we paid, I am extremely unhappy with the food and service and will NEVER BE BACK!
