Dickey's Barbecue Pit

Last few times I have been to this location it has been dirty and always smells bad they are always having sewer problems. They use to have really good sandwiches here but it seems to be going down. Tonight i almost broke my tooth found a bone the painful way. I understand that sometimes we miss a bone or so ourselves when pulling meat off the bone we cooked at home but this ruined my evening. I will try the Dickey's Ballpark location next time.

i ordered my food and went to pay. the guy working said it didnt go through on his side but it clearly showed that it went through on my phone from apple pay. they took my money and didnt give me any food. the guy was very rude.

Ordered a pulled pork sandwich and got a pulled pork plate. It was dry and didn’t taste that great. Fries were okay. Baked potato casserole was pretty good. Service wasn’t great. Hardly spoke and definitely didn’t smile.

We used the app to order and it arrived late and the sandwiches were ordered chopped arrived sliced and were squished and soggy. The fries were wet like they had been place in water. The cups of BBQ sauce were half full if that. The drinks were melted and no straws. It was the worst experience. The driver knocked on my door and was smoking weed! You can’t make this up. We call up there to complain and the lady who answered said there was not a manager there and that it was just her. She said the fries should not be wet. She said she talked to who made the sandwiches and they were chopped. We asked for our order to be corrected or a refund and she said she could give us new fries. If you are going to spend over $50 for some sandwiches go to Spring Creek. This place is the equivalent of the Taco Bell of BBQ.

It's a hit or miss. It depends on the staff. Sometimes they're good, sometimes not. Last time it was good, but this time it was a miss: they didn't communicate to me about how there's no potato salads and gave me bread instead. Maybe it's because I trust too easy and didn't check, but I'm in a rush. I didnt mind not having missing drinks, which I did point out, but the potato salad I was looking forward to a lot.

I thought if I ordered the baked potato with brisket, it would be hard to mess up. Wrong. It was awful. $14 for two small potatoes that were raw. Even after heating them in the microwave for seven minutes, they were still hard as a rock. And the minimal amount of meat was pathetic. The only tasty part was the BBQ sauce.

The vibe was nice,It was our first time here and we asked how the servings were done. No one helped we were so lost. It’s a self serve food restaurant, we didn’t know how much of a serving we could get so we were a bit frugal. we seriously didn’t know how the serving here worked. Sundays kids eat free. Maybe someone should explain it. Won’t be coming back due to tasteless food.
