I cannot encourage people to come here enough. My parents and I were wandering around on Thanksgiving post-football. Nowhere in mind and nothing open. We knocked on the door not realizing that Dickey’s was also closed, the staff were having their own celebration. We apologized for interrupting and started to leave, only for them to welcome us with open arms. And if they food they serve here is half as good as what they brought in… you are in for a treat. But I really cannot emphasize enough how overwhelmed we were by the charity of total strangers, and how thankful we were. It is a memory that will stick with us for the rest of our lives. Ray, thank you for everything brother. My dad is still thinking about that cheesecake 😂

My son survived stroke and open heart surgery on New Year’s Eve and he was in recovery and still is he had his heart set on smoked turkey and dressing with the fixings and the manager was very helpful to make it happen :). Won a customer

Always a safe bet on some good tasting BBQ. Not the fanciest, their rolls used to better, now they are square, hard, dry and dusty bread. But if you want some protein it's a close place for the taste and price.

ZERO STARS FOR THIS LOCATION!!! I live in the area and would frequently stop by for lunch or dinner. In addition, my employer would order food from this location for Corp events as well. The last 4 visits have been HELL! The food was old as it has been sitting all day and cold upon service. The counter service employee have an attitude as if they didnt care about the quality of food they were serving to customers. I spoke with both manager's to let them know of the food quality and rude behaviors of the employee's. Well, of course the managers were very disrespectful and rude as well. I quickly found out that they didnt care either at this point. I will not return and go out of my way to not eat at this location again. Stay far away from this location, otherwise I gave you fair warning ⚠️

We had a graduation party for my daughter back in May and ordered our food from here! We ordered for 150 people and the food was delicious! The staff was friendly and very helpful! Our guests loved it! They delivered as well which was a plus since our event was in Euless!
This location is pretty consistent. Brisket is usually moist and the turkey and sausage are really good.

Kudos to Sal for turning a potentially disappointing situation into a 5-star review! I was taking advantage of a great offer I had received from Dickeys, but when I checked out, something happened in the app and it charged me full price. I was desperately trying to cancel my order, but Sal made it all good! Then, as expected, the sliced BBQ sandwich was excellent! Thanks and see you next time!
