We wanted some bbq for Memorial Day since it as just me and my husband
We got 2 chopped beef sandwiches that were a bit bigger than a slider ! And they were $7.50 each !! Ridiculous
We got a large potato casserole that was obviously powdered potatoes and had a scorched taste
It used to have chunks of potatoes,bacon,cheese and a bit of green onion and was very good
It was awful to say the least !! 😤🤢
We got macaroni and cheese which was the only thing edible as far as sides but still from a package !
We ordered pinto beans which y’all use to have and they gave us baked beans which we do not care for !
And for 2 bbq sliders 3 large sides (which were not even a pint) it was $42 !😤😤😤
And we used to go in the restaurant so we could get the free ice cream for dessert
Which y’all don’t have anymore!

I am done with Dickies. I have no problem paying $26 for a pound of meat. But $13 for a small container of green beans is crazy. I spent over $40 on 3 large sides that are not at all large.

Always been good until recently. My pick up order was missing 2 sodes 2 orders ago. I didnt notice till i got home. And today they said they had no gravy for the chicken fried steak. What's a chicken fried steak without gravy?! I let things slide if something bad happens once but this is 2 out of the last 3 orders I've had issues at this store.

This DICKIES location ROCKS!!! Sally has always been very helpful and Has the greatest attitude! She takes care of her customers going above and beyond to make sure customers are taken care of!! No matter what every time I walk in the door, I feel like family The food is Top-notch, savory and delicious. The atmosphere is great. When the customer service is Family oriented every time!! I’ve not had one issue with the food or staff I like to order to take to work and I’ve not had to wait on them for my food always greeted at the door as well they are super cool to talk to and quick to understand!!
Great place to eat. I had one issue but it wasn’t done on purpose, and they fixed it with problem. I love their vibe. The food is nice and hot, tender and good. Again, great place to eat.
We gather at the restaurant for a weekly Men's Bible Study. The customer service is always great and pleasant. I ordered the two meat combo, the brisket and chicken were delicious, and the loaded baked potato was outstanding!
The food and service were above average, and the daily specials are also super value. I 100% recommend the location on Ball Park Way.
Sally is a valuable employee! She made us feel welcome right away. Beyond serving us, I saw her being exceptionally friendly and kind to everyone who came in. She worked efficiently and employees seemed to respect her and respond to her requests. The end result was a delicious meal with a welcoming atmosphere.

Been a regular since 2005 till today they haven’t let down, great service and very friendly and respectful crew.
