All good, been here 10-20 times over the last year. My only complaints, that are really important to me, are that the music is frequently WAY TOO LOUD to chill too or hear the employees or friends with you. And the menu is fairly too long and is always confusing because the font is hard to read and to close together.
I love it, keep up the good work! tl;dr turn down the music, make a more cohesive and readable menu!

Wonderful place! Cozy, cute, perfect playlist in the background. Excellent customer service. My Winter Melon milk tea was perfect.
But it is small space, so I wouldn't take a group of people there and I wouldn't be super surprised if I went there one Saturday and couldn't find a place to sit.
Also, it takes a while to get your drink, but it was made to order and came out perfectly, so it was fine for me.
I can hardly wait to visit again.

The front desk people where very rude and impatient when i didn’t know what I want to drink then after that i showed them a picture of a drink for there store and they had no idea what it was and the smoothie they gave me was water down

I am new to the Arlington area and came across Ding Tea on social media. Now it is are favorite place to get some boba and hang out for a few hours. My son loves this places, because he gets to play on the claw machine, and enjoy the patio area. My husband and I also added our own heart lock on the wall which is such a fun and memorable touch. I recommend this place if you want a good drink, and fun environment.

Have been visiting here for 2 years, and never had better ding tea!!! I have nothing but good things to say - the outdoor sitting area is beautiful, and they also do pop-up events that are amazing!!!
I was never a big fan of boba and bubble tea until one of my friends took me here! Needless to say I was absolutely hooked! Their signature milk tea is so addictive and all of the employees are so sweet and inviting! One of my fav spots in Arlington for sure!

One of the only boba places I go to that I know I’ll get a good drink every time. A friend of mine introduced me to Ding tea and now I make sure to go whenever I’m near one! The passion fruit is amazing it’s my go to but honestly I haven’t tried a drink I don’t like. The staff is always super friendly and does an amazing job!

I don’t know about other locations but I can speak on this location. Their drinks are good. I don’t really like to branch out and try new drinks so I play it safe and get their brown sugar milk tea and their taro milk tea. When my teammates are in town, this is where I tell them to go.
Taylor is one of the workers that is always there, knowledgeable and makes my drinks correct and fast.

we are a family of 5 and came here for boba on Father's Day. the drinks were pretty good. the short haired male employee was disrespectful to us when i said he didn't add any toppings for me. (i ordered. Maybe he didn't hear) i ordered extra toppings and paid in cash. the guy threw the change on the counter with a very rude attitude. i like Ding tea drinks but will definitely not be coming back to this place because of this employees customer service attitude.
