Restaurant was empty, 5 mins to get waited on. 20 min wait on cold cheeseburger, slider corn dog ordered didnt come out with my order. Poor service. Wont go back.

Stopped in with some family today. Not complaining about anything other than the location is short staffed. The cashier was doing 4 jobs and tending to everyone as best he could. Check out, serving food and drinks, and cleaning tables. No idea how he hasn't walked out yet. I can only hope management gets this place some help because the food is great and bear selection is good for the location.

If no star was an option I would have selected that. There was no one at the front taking orders and after waiting about five minutes we went and sat at the bar and the only employee working left the bar to go run food and then go up to the front to take orders for the line of people that were all standing up front. It’s Saturday night at 7pm and there is one employee working. Will not be coming back.

Dog Haus restaurant provided a mixed experience during my recent takeout order. The pricing was reasonable, and the atmosphere was relaxed, albeit surprisingly quiet for the time of day. However, the service left much to be desired. Upon arrival, no one manned the registers, and the self-service kiosk was abandoned. Despite minimal customer traffic, I waited for 10 minutes without acknowledgment. Even after calling the restaurant, the employee with pink-dyed hair sent the call to voicemail, further delaying assistance. She seemed preoccupied with personal conversation, only attending to me after some time. While the food quality was commendable, the lack of attentiveness and professionalism from the staff tarnished the overall experience. Dog Haus would greatly benefit from increased staff awareness and attentiveness to customer needs.

Food is decent. Nothing to write home about. Extremely over priced. Do yourself a favor and go to walk ons next door and get better food at a cheaper price
Not good. Sausage was overly done, making a bit tough. Too much nacho cheese. Some things were just over done on flavor like overly sweet, etc. looks amazing from the menu, but once I ate there my wife nor I enjoyed it. I've had a better hot dog at a gas station, which is sad.

I thought this would be so much better..My husband and I each had a hot dog meal. It was $30!! I think that's a little too much for what it was...plus they bring out our French fries 15 minutes before our hot dogs...and they were lukewarm...sorry not impressed. I was so looking forward to a fun place
