No one was in the lobby when I came to pick up order. Had to yell for the employee to come help me, then he was racist. Pizza was not good or cut evenly. For Gods sake I’m disappointed at this location time & time again. Hate this feeling after spending my money with this company

The worst service ever. I ordered the Loaded chicken with BBQ and bacon and Tomatoe. I especially asked for the bacon and tomatoe to not have tomatoes as I have an allergic reaction to it. We waited FIFTY minutes for this order after they told us we had to wait only 15 minutes. They didn’t even give me my ticket. Better to eat at KFC for their chizza chicken.

If I could give this place negative stars I would! Review your camera on 2/19/25 between 11am-1pm complete chaos. The "manager" lady was running around having a melt down, screaming at other employees, cussing at them, arguing with costumers instead of helping the staff. She chose to pacing back and forth with her hand on her head yelling instead of jumping on the line to help. My CARRYOUT order was started an hour late due to a computer issues....no they were just making the pizzas out of order. Instead of following the order in which the pizzas come up (you know common sense) they were making them as people showed up complaining about their order. I understand being short staffed but her behavior was completely unacceptable that is no way to run a business. I honestly felt bad for the other staff, what a horrific person to work along side with. The pizza was good but defiantly not worth the attitude or horrible experience. We no longer feel comfortable sending our employees to that hostile environment to pick up lunch for the office, I hope my feedback helps with your future training plans.

If I could I would give this place a one star. Everytime I order here it’s messed up. And it’s been a year or more last time I ordered and the first order I do they never even deliver it to my house. I already waited almost a hour. they offered to remake an order but I don’t want to wait for another hour for possibly another messed up order. The only plus was the girl who handled my refund was helpful. Never ordering from this company again save your money and time and order elsewhere.

They will serve you something you would feel uncomfortable feeding to an animal, then when you call they will try to turn it around and make it sound like it's your fault. Stale ingredients, under cooked. DISGUSTING Manager is a piece of work.

Terrible experience. Delivery was supposed to take 30-40 minutes. After an hour a driver shows up with the wrong order. After *another* hour the correct order shows up. It's lukewarm but decent enough.

Crazy delivery lady didn’t give me my ranch, so i decided to pay 25 usd of the 24 that i was charged and she got angry, proceeded to honk her horn through my entire neighborhood and driveway. I’ll ask for my neighbors video footage one of these days but all I can say is good luck hahahaha.
