If you don't know the answer (i.e. purchase order), It's okay to say that. What is not okay is to be rude. Both employees came at me very aggressively when there was absolutely no call for that. I ended up going to another location and had a much more pleasant customer service experience.

Ordered 2 bottled drinks that were not delivered with pizza. They did not ring or knock therefore could not ask the delivery person were they were. Called store phone number, been on hold for 35 mins so far.
