This Dominoes has to be the worst. I got my pizza wrong I called and was on hold for 10 minutes. Just to be told I can receive credit okay cool. Called today 7/22 and the manager on duty was rude and could care less about making customers happy. And wouldn’t even listen to what I had to say and refuse to make things right. Literally can’t spare $7 chicken that was cold when I got home not to mention the PIZZA was wrong . I will be taking my money elsewhere where .

Still won't deliver to out apartment that is only 1 mile down the road. Decided to just order and carryout and the food looked sloppy ad thrown together in a hurry. They used to deliver a few months ago and I assumed it was just a driver issue yet there is still zero delivery drivers. People here do not want to work.

Pizza is always A1. Ordered a medium size parmesan stuffed crust alfredo and sausage pizza which was cooked to perfection. Also ordered the boneless plain chicken and wasn’t impressed because they’re so small which I won’t be ordering again unless it’s bone-in.

Extremely disappointing experience with the service. We specifically ordered the jalapeno cheese bread without bacon, but it came with bacon, which we only realized after starting to eat. We also ordered the Chicken Alfredo Stuffed Crust Pizza, and to our surprise, there was no chicken in it at all. On top of that, the pizza was served cold. Overall, a very poor experience.

If I could give negative zero stars I would . The man Erin was very rude . We asked him what was the difference from online and in store price he answered that’s on online this is in store like how rude . he didn’t want to take our order and was very disrespectful we preferred extra sauce pepperoni and cheese the pizza was a normal sauce less pizza . The lady co worker even shock her head at him because he could have simply made the pizza we live 30 minutes away just to receive awful service . He rather refund us and wouldn’t give a refund ticket and was very passive aggressive he needs a lesson on customer service or maybe be fired I wouldn’t recommend this location at all save your time

That one star is undeserved! Every time I order online from this store for my husband who works graveyard, they cancel the order. Then they will leave me on hold until it's too late to even have a pizza delivered to him. I'm sitting on hold while I type up this review!!!!!!

If I could leave zero stars I would. I ordered two medium pizzas & got my entire order wrong. When I called to talk to them about the mistake, the gentleman that answered the phone said that a driver was on their way to pick up the food from us & the other party that was involved to switch it out for the correct order. When I said absolutely not, we already touched it, he proceeds to say “ so you touched an order that wasn’t yours “ ? ( I also order a pepperoni pizza as they did too , so I thought it was mine) I never spoke to a manager the entire time after asking to speak to a manager & all I wanted was my money back. He was still telling me a driver was on their way to get the food. ???? After I told him to come get it , he puts me on a brief hold & another person gets on the phone & tells me the complete opposite. still no manager at this point. Basically telling me there was nothing they can do about it but credit us , even after I told them that my gf can’t eat the pizza that was delivered because she’s allergic to pineapples. I wasn’t expecting them to make pizza over after they told me they were closed .. just to give me money back as they said they would. This was the worst experience I ever had with delivery in my entire life.
