Domino's Pizza

I made a mistake online ordering and called the store if they can correct it I call right away and the girl said she couldn’t fix it or make another one because they’re busy and don’t have a driver so I ask I if I can get a refund she said if they refund I’ll be blocked from the store not to purchased anything in the future. this ridiculous.

i live in grand prairie, but i travel to this location because i always get the best service here. the workers are well mannered & polite. & the management is always so nice & understanding, especially Anthony & Victor. they always make sure i’m okay.
my kids are pizza kids, and we go there at least once ever 2 weeks. love this dominos.

I took advantage of the $9.99 any toppings any crust. Totally worth it. I hadn't been to Domino's in years due to a different location being so skimpy on toppings it was really theft. Let's just say if a pepperoni pizza has less than 15 pepperonis consistently and so many cheese bald spots you are being scammed. NOT THE CASE HERE! WOW! The employees were actually nice for real. The pizza was generously topped and fresh. They even remembered to not cut my pizza as stated on the order. This was a first! Great job y'all!

I am not sure what is going on with this location but for the past few months I have not been able to order anything from this store for delivery. It is not the employees fault but probably a corporate issue or owner issue maybe. I cannot order delivery on my phone or on my computer. I am not sure if anyone else is having this same issue but because this store is the closest location to me, I cannot order from any other location and have it delivered. Carryout is my only option every single time. Please if someone can fix this problem that would be great.

I had the worst experience ever with Domino's like last week... It took them forever. And then my pasta and garlic knots where hard, almost crunchy .. ? I won't go there again. And that's my neighborhood Domino's. # shameful service...

Was craving some pizza walked place is disgusting dude has no gloves on making pizza then walked up to me and started touching the computer I just walked out really tired of nasty people I worked foods years ago it’s really not that hard to just throw on some gloves real quick

I ordered a pepperoni and black olive with extra cheese as well as some garlic parmesan wings. Opening up those boxes I was highly disappointed but hoped it would taste better then it looked smh.
Pepperoni in some spots look dried out for some reason compared to the rest. The pizza looked like someone had a blindfold on when they cut it. There are big pieces and small pieces then some pieces literally only have 3 pieces of sliced black olives. Wings look like they just threw them in the box and squeezed what I guess is suppose to be the garlic parmesan sauce. The sauce has a after taste for some reason so only ate a few bites of one. I honestly hate that I wasted my money because overall it honestly doesn't even taste good. Also didn't bring my ranch.

Absolutely most perfect pizza. Perfectly cut all the way through. Slices evenly cut. Meat and olives placed perfectly. Looked like an artist made it. These are definitely employees that care and take pride in their jobs. Thank you Anthony and Emma. Fantastic job! Great smiles, too.
