Domino's Pizza

This place really needs to get it together! Made two orders to be delivered to two different addresses and they both showed up at the same address within 30 minutes of each other. Contacted the store and they wanted to argue with me when I had the receipts in my hand with two separate addresses. Who in the world is hiring these people?

I am going to shout out Jay Y!!! I have had multiple orders that were incorrect from this location and I have called and never been able to be settled. It’s not about the reimbursement. It’s about the quality of the order when I order it not me coming in to pick it up or pick something that they messed up that’s the whole reason of delivery. jay Y Was above and beyond with this customer service, even though I feel like he just came out of training or stated something about coming out of training he went above and beyond to bring me the sauces that were added to my order! Shout out to him because like I said, I’ve had multiple problems with this store. We need more people like Jayy Y! JAY Y FOR STORE MANAGEMENT!!

Been eating pizza from here and I have never had an issue

I cashed in one of my reward pizzas for 60 points and I added a little extra, which caused me to have to pay, which is fine. I’m absolutely fine with that plus I gotta deliver .so I get the pizza delivered. And send my son to give the Delivery driver $20 The driver leaves without Without giving the change, I don’t care about the changes is $8.40 You don’t automatically if you give your self a tip you should give people the option to give a tip I called the store to let the manager on duty know and they assured me that they will send my change back. The driver never came back. I never heard anything about it until I had to call the next day to ask about it. they told me I had to come pick up my change. The reason for me getting pizza delivered is because I don’t wanna live in my house and I don’t feel like I should have to leave my house to pick up the change that should’ve never left. I’m not mad. But give me the option to want to tip you

At first order was incorrect but someone named victor who was the manager there fixed everything. Bless his heart he’s great at his job amd cares he deserves a raise.

I made a mistake online ordering and called the store if they can correct it I call right away and the girl said she couldn’t fix it or make another one because they’re busy and don’t have a driver so I ask I if I can get a refund she said if they refund I’ll be blocked from the store not to purchased anything in the future. this ridiculous.

i live in grand prairie, but i travel to this location because i always get the best service here. the workers are well mannered & polite. & the management is always so nice & understanding, especially Anthony & Victor. they always make sure i’m okay.
my kids are pizza kids, and we go there at least once ever 2 weeks. love this dominos.

I took advantage of the $9.99 any toppings any crust. Totally worth it. I hadn't been to Domino's in years due to a different location being so skimpy on toppings it was really theft. Let's just say if a pepperoni pizza has less than 15 pepperonis consistently and so many cheese bald spots you are being scammed. NOT THE CASE HERE! WOW! The employees were actually nice for real. The pizza was generously topped and fresh. They even remembered to not cut my pizza as stated on the order. This was a first! Great job y'all!
