I order a medium pizza and wings via uber eats around 11pm. When the order got to be but of course I began eating it. I ate 2 slices. When I started eating my 3rd slice, I noticed something black in the cheese. I looked closely and realized that the black thing had wings.

My work is hosting a group of 15 outside leaders this week, and our previous dinner plan fell through so we last minute decided to order Dominos-- and let our entire group of about 20 request their own crust and topping combination. I called to make this rather large and complicated order for carryout about 1.5 hours in advance. Samantha helped me on the phone, entered my order flawlessly, and made it sound like it was no trouble at all. Less than an hour before pickup I called back and changed part of the order, and Samantha again helped me with such grace. Thank you so much for your excellent hospitality helping us to provide excellent hospitality! The dinner was a hit!

I’m very angry earlier tonight I placed the order and I called to check up on the order and I know they were there because when they first picked up, I heard someone talking but they hung up on me and every time I called back after they hung up on me immediately And I literally just wanted to check on my order and make sure I could still get it so I didn’t drive all the way over there and And when I came, they were very rude to me!! I will be going to corporate about this not pleased at all

I didn’t order food but they have a delivery driver in a white car driving reckless. He almost hit the car in front of me head on bc he swerved into their lane off green oaks. I also just watched cut across 2 lanes and turn into the parking lot cutting off multiple cars when he had plenty of time to merge and I tried letting him over 2 lights prior to arriving back at dominos. He’s careless.

Drive across town to come to this dominoes the one by my house (cooper) is so bad never had problems here.
I ordered two large pizzas online and the online order system told me my pizza was ready, so I went to pick them up at the store. When I arrived I was told they were not ready and the gentleman that was helping me kind of disappeared in the back for a few then came back and said they're not ready yet but they're next. I was then told by another gentleman that the cheese pizza was in the oven and would be out shortly. Almost 20 minutes of waiting is unacceptable. I'm in the food business and if I tell my customers their food's ready, it darn sure better be ready. Never had problems here before, and the pizzas always been tasty.

I ordered a 2 topping medium pizza and boneless chicken when the order arrived the pizza AND chicken was lukewarm. The cheese had clearly settled! I attempted to call the store but it was busy. By the time I called again the store person I spoke to was rude and dismissive. He stated that it was delivered within 25 minutes as if that means the food was going to still be hot! There’s no excuse for how the person I spoke to opted to handle things. I will not order from this location again and I will be contacting my bank to have the charges reversed.

my daughter wanted to try dominos for her birthday, and our experience reminded me why we aren't a dominos family. The Pizza while yummy was less than filling. We also ordered wings to go with the pizza. They were tiny, very fatty, undercooked, and had almost no sauce on them. we will not be returning

Pizza is pizza sure! BUT, What makes it stand out isnt just making sure the quality is 💯 but the service. Look i’ve been in a bad mood and in a good mood when the delivery guys come. Some handle some DO NOT! This Dominos delivery guy Andrew (yes I actually asked for his name) needs full recognition! The guy has the upmost professional attitude, humble and so kind. Loves his job and is always promoting “ tell your family n friends, we’re the best…!” Come on. Hey Big Kahuna at Dominos at 2177 in Arlington- these r the employees ya’ll need to keep at all costs! But seriously thank you Andrew for being outstanding!
